Had to replace our HVAC system back in December. Today was a quality check and the service rep was awesome. Was here, got the job done, and was out in no time. Once again again, was very satisfied with Mohr.

I have never witnessed such a dedicated staff before. From the people who answer phones, to the technicians who have diligently tried to find a solution to my problem, I have never been treated as a bother. I can’t recommend them enough!

Knowledgeable, professional and courteous service was consistently shown from the initial contact with the office staff, receiving a free in home estimate explaining step by step ( Thanks Brett) and the installers (Brandon/assistant - thanks guys) did an outstanding job installing our new heating and air system. Jeff had a long drive (2 +hours) but arrived precisely when he said he would be here. He was very personable, thorough and was able to rectify the problem fairly quickly. Our 15 year old system is working great now and we are considering adding a complete new unit. Very pleased with Jeff.

Conner came today. He was very professional and
courteous, he checked the entire system for us, he was very thorough. Conner didn't rush through this job, he made sure everything was operating as it should. He explained everything to us. We only have one issue and it isn't terribly bad. Conner said when we are ready to take care of the issue all we have to do is call and he'll take care of it himself. It's good to know we have good dependabl people Iike Conner.
We highly recommend him!

Connor came and diagnosed the issue, took us a little time to get the funds together. He came back and installed the parts and ac works like new. I would recommend Mohr to anyone. Connor was professional and a pleasure to meet and got the job done right.

Made the call to Mohr Air Conditioning at 7:30am, got a call at 7:58am saying a tech would be there in 30 mins. Fastest service I have Ever had from call in to arrival!!
My HVAC Tech was Connor, he was Very Professional, and Polite! He listened to my story as to how I think my husband might have caused the problem. 🤦😆 He diagnosed the problem within minutes and was able to fix it in no time! He tested everything out to make sure we were not gonna have more issues in the next coming months. Thank you for the simple fix and educating service call.

Service was on time and prompt. Devin and Justin were polite and informative. Answered all questions I had. They set about their work and worked hard until finished. Always informed me if they needed to do anything like turning off electricity or if they were about to make noise. Did a great job. One of our air conditioning units wasn't cooling so I called the office at 9:48 am and the technician, Connor, was at our house by noon! He got the problem figured out and we have cool air once again! Everyone we've ever spoken to has been very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Mohr to anyone!

This place is awesome! Let's start at the beginning. Our air went out 8 months after moving into our new house. Mohr air conditioning showed up the same day I called them, figured out we needed a whole new unit. We were financed the same day as well. Our new unit was put in the next week. And while we waited for installation they placed a portable unit in our bedroom so we or our dogs would not be hot! Please don't "settle for less"!

James JC Matlock did a great job on our maintenance call. Was very informative on everything.

Connor came over on a Sunday afternoon to fix our issue we were having. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, took pics and explained what was going on, then fixed the problem. Very nice and helpful guy that provided excellent service!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

Christina, was very friendly on the phone and letting me know Jay was on his way for Peace of mind check. Jay done a outstanding job throughly checking the heat and air unit. Answered and explained any questions I had. Jay is very friendly and polite. Mohr should be proud having Christina and Jay on their team. Jay was gone about 30 minutes and Christina already called make sure everything was good. I highly recommend Mohr Air Conditioning

Everyone from the person answering the phone to the service tech Dan were absolutely amazing. I came home one morning and my grandma said the AC and heat weren't working. I called MOHR and they had Dan out there in a couple hours. He fixed the AC and came back daily until he was able to get the heat working. He was extremely patient and kind with my Grandma who is elderly and has memory issues.
