Burdell came out on a Saturday and was very thorough and efficient in diagnosing and fixing our air conditioning. He checked over everything and got our system back to keeping us cool on a super hot day.

I was referred to this company by a friend, after other companies we’ve used haven’t given us lasting results with our heat/air unit. Phil was very helpful, thorough, and very patient with me and my family. Very friendly!! He diagnosed several issues and gave me options regarding repairs and pricing. Signed up for their maintenance program and will be using them from now on. I’m very happy with the service received today.

Phil is an amazing tech. He is friendly, thorough, and goes above and beyond for our home and family. Ever since we joined their program our HVAC system has ran perfectly. Phil also would take photos of our system to show us what he saw and explained things to us in terms we could understand. His report was neat and he also informed us about the air purification options for home.
We initially contacted them due to something being broken with our outdoor unit. They were quick to come out and replace it.

Joe Mohr came out and did a thorough evaluation of my home in order to assess the correct size and type of unit I would need to replace my failing package unit. He provided multiple options and went over the benefits and drawbacks or each. He discussed finance options and assisted with the application process. The technicians that performed the installation were very polite, professional, and nice guys. They were very careful not to damage anything inside my home and checked with me before doing anything that deviated from the original installation plan. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the unit and assisted in downloading the apps that allow me to monitor and control the new system from my phone. During the installation process the techs went above and beyond to clean up any mess that was made at the end of the day and left my home as clean as possible before they left. They removed my old unit and sealed off the intake and return as well. They also met the estimated timeline for completion. They told me it would take a week. It took exactly a week. Overall I am very satisfied with me new system as well as the performance and professionalism exhibited by everyone at Mohr Heating and Air. I would definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs and will use them again.

I appreciate their dependability, they call and let you know when to expect them and the technician also sends you a message along with their picture. Reasonable prices and they don’t pressure you to buy anything.

Wayne, Bobby & Markeese were amazing! They installed a mini split for us, did it super quick and made it look so easy (it’s not) and cleaned up, all while having a smile on their face!

Keaton and Mr. Jeff did an amazing job. They found some issues that were easy fixes. Keaton and Mr. Jeff were very polite and informative.

I easily understood the explanation of services that could provide and accommodate comfort in my family home. There was no pressure placed in my decision process of what I could or could not financially afford. Basically, I was given factual information on what they could and will provide for my family home.

Bobby and Tanner did a great job on my new unit very friendly great personality would recommend to anyone 10/10 they went over everything with me !!!

Phillip was AMAZING. He came in and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and fixed under 2 hours. Very nice, respectful, and professional. Will be using them again

Phillip and Aaron are brothers who deserve promotions. No matter how difficult it is in today’s economy, they will work with you to meet market value. Their knowledge is unmatched because it is followed with suggestions that will break a bank, but will allow your payment options to meet your needs. Somebody help me pay for this 😅

Searcy office 5 stars all the way!!! Yesterday had one of my bi yearly ac check up and Lauren , Brittney and Karen are super and very patient. Set my appointment up at a convenient time . Very nice dealing with. The technician Alex King showed up as scheduled and spent a lot of time checking out my system. Phil E was our technician and did a great job. He explained everything he was doing and how the hvac should be working. Got our unit up and running restoring heat back to our house. Very professional.

The maintenance that was included with my HVAC purchase was great. The tech showed up when I was told he would. He was very polite and did his job thoroughly and quickly.

Mohr was able to get my HVAC system up and running the same day I called. The Tech (Jake) was great! Explained what was wrong and what was necessary to fix the issue, then fixed the issue, and stayed to make sure the system operated properly. The price seemed reasonable.

Tech Phillip came out to check my furnace out. Everything works ok. He suggested some ductwork to be updated. Very nice and professional. I have always received great service from all techs and office calls from Brittney and Karen. An awesome and understanding team. I’ve been a customer with this company since 2020. Thanks

Keaton came to the house to check an error code after replacing the thermostat! He was very knowledgeable and worked to resolve the issue while also telling me the different things to look for and to do to make the system last longer. He said everything was working properly and mentioned the monthly service contract you can get. Definitely will be considering the contract in the near future. Thanks again Keaton for coming over so quickly!

The entire process was so easy. The repair tech, the salesman, the installers and the office staff were all wonderful, treated us with respect, explained everything, answered any questions we had, and did excellent work. The price was reasonable. The new system is working flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier.
