Had our windows replaced. What a great team of guys. Zac, Rufus, Mark, Shawn, David, Chris, Mat and Justin did a fantastic job. Arrived at 8:00, installed 18 replacement windows and were gone by 4:30. They were very professional and explained what they were going to do. Got to work. After finishing they explained how the windows worked and they cleaned everything up. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

I would like to share my experience with Westshore Home. My old bath was removed, and the process began. From beginning to finish, my installer Sam Yvener, kept me posted on progress and any concerns about the build.
Sam and Snoop worked all day to complete this job, they have my respect for their work.
My salesman Josh Villagra was awesome, no high pressure, very polite.
I will finish by saying, I'm highly satisfied and all the work and how Westshore Homes was through from sale to completion.

On time. Professional, courteous and answered all and any questions that, had. Chris & Shawn delivered five star service. Both men did an excellent work! The front door installed appears to be of excellent quality.

From start to finish they displayed unmatched professionalism and cohesion as they finished the replacement of our 13 windows in just one day. When we built our home we never thought we would need to replace a window. We shopped at least 5 other companies and there are many but West Shore was very patient, not aggressive like some. Paul and Zac carefully explained the process and more importantly answered my questions while replacing the window. It was a shock watching a window come out and a new one installed but Paul and Zac made it not so scary and thank you both. Job well done

Mike and Shannon were courteous and professional. They kept me advised throughout the bathroom remodel. I love the work they did on both of my bathrooms. I strongly recommend West Shore Home for any home improvement projects you may have.

Previous tile install was an utter disaster. When it started leaking through the ceiling we decided to replace the tile with Westshore’s premium acrylic. They were more expensive than some other companies, but having everything in house along with the warranty made it worth it to us. We got on the Craig was great as a design consultant. Westshore called a week before our scheduled date to see if we wanted to take an empty slot earlier which was perfect for us. Cody and Braden showed up on time explained everything they were doing and did a fantastic job. Install looks amazing. They left no trace of work being done aside from a walk in shower I wished I had gotten done in the first place. Extremely happy with our new shower.

We had a walk in shower installed replacing an old bathtub and we couldn't believe how beautiful it is. CODY and BRAYDEN did a remarkable job! They were on time and worked non stop start to finish less than 8 hours and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks so much guys. Great job!!

Had 16 windows replaced September 2025 by West Shore. Their customer service was excellent. They treated the inside of my house with respect and layed tarps all through my house. They left the inside of my house very clean. I recommended this company to a friend and neighbor and they both had windows installed and were happy with the results. I am happy with my new windows and would recommend this company.

Sam and micah did a great job on my walk in shower. I would highly recommend them and west shore for installing a brand new shower! Perfect job you need to try them out. For they did their job within 4-5 hours unbelievable. If you don't try them out you're really missing out.

West Shore was very professional and up front with me on quality of products used, cost and only using West Shore employees, no subcontractors. They quoted me on a Tuesday and were able to do my install the following Tuesday. The installers, Cody and Hunter, showed up a little earlier than I was told, which was perfect, 815 am instead of 9 am. They went thru the products with me before they took out of truck to ensure I was getting what I ordered. They were very professional and kept me abreast the entire time in case I had any questions. They finished, which included cleaning up, before 5 pm and house and entranceway looked just as clean before they arrived. Totally satisfied with their sales team and their installers, both were very personable and professional, I would recommend them to anyone who has a project.

I am a handyman and I was recently at a ladies home and personally saw the quality of work that Westshore Home provides. The quality is not as much of a problem as what you get for your money. This was a guest bathroom that is located in the right rear corner of the home. For $14,000.00 this company removed the existing shower stall and replaced it with a vinyl like sheet material for the walls, a new shower valve, shower head, two grab bars and 3 stainless steel corner shelves. No glass door, no shower curtain rod, the 3 stainless shelves are 1/16” thick with sharp edges that could cot you. The contract did not include replacing the insulation in the exterior wall, so the resident had to purchase the insulation. I am not writing this because I need work, I am writing this to hopefully keep others from getting ripped off. The material used for this job couldn’t have cost more than $1000.00. The labor was probably $1000.00. The contract listed more items that weren’t provided than were. Absolutely pathetic!

Our poor house has needed some extra love after 23 years. We have had to work w/many service techs, contractors etc., between roofs, AC units, water heaters and stove replacements. WEST SHORE has topped them all with an over the top experience from start to end. Our installers Mitchell, Chris and Kirk were each equally professional, timely, thorough, informative and clean. The install was perfect!
We will absolutely use them again for our windows next as I’m sure that will be next on the list!

Mat, Kirk, and the Dallas crew arrived at my home this morning at 8:30am. Mat introduced himself, and all the rest of the gang got busy unloading my windows and my door out of the truck. They immediately got set up to work. I hibernated in my room to stay warm and let them do their thing. By 4:30pm, I had 6 new windows and one door installed. They cleaned up after themselves and left me with a beautifully transformed home!!!

Great job, guys! I am so grateful for the care that was taken and really appreciated the fact that you picked up after yourselves before leaving.
I truly wish I could have had all my windows replaced. Maybe, someday, I'll address the ones on the side and back of my home.

Phenomenal experience with West Shore! I had unusually shaped (and small) windows and they were able to figure out how to install them with precision! Also got flooring and front doors done and the work was incredible. Starting with Jeremiah, who came out to see the floor plan and calculate and estimate the work, I already knew I was in for a great customer experience. The work crew, consisting of Mat, Mark, Chris, Chandler, David, and Justin, were courteous and professional and walked me through everything and kept me posted along the way (even sometimes pausing to explain things when I came around to view progress). I will definitely be using them again (especially since they also do bathrooms!). Highly recommended!

My experience with West shore homes went beyond my expectations I had the pleasure of watching Paul and Trishton two outstanding technicians these guys meticulously remove the old windows working together communicating every step of the way there was a air of confidence and professionalism and I made the comment that they were working like two artists working on a masterpiece at the end of the job I was not disappointed I am totally satisfied with the windows and the expertise of these installers were A+ I highly recommend West Shore Homes for any of your home improvement needs

We met with sales person from West Shore as well as a competitor. West Shores sales rep was more experienced and knew the business. Estimates were similar to competitors but West Shores included shelves and grip bars which the competitor charged. On day of install crew ( Darold, Mark, Cody,Brayden) showed up on time, worked through a series of construction issues with the space. Competed job in 1 day, as advertised. Cleaned up when job was completed.
