Paul & Michael were fantastic!!!!! Disappointed that West Shore did not provide them with the back tape to reinstall my alarm system sensor. Also, since the new trim inside the house did not match the old one removed, I will now have to try to match paint with older paint on the wall. West Shore has struck again. They know my feelings about my bathroom installation! Will never use them again!

My new front door was installed on yesterday by two great guys named Paul and Shawn from West Shore Home. They were very professional, respectful and they made sure my new door was installed properly. I love it!!!! They were both so considerate. I was told by the salesman that my storm door would be removed and would not be reinstalled. I shared that I really wanted to keep my storm door up. They were also able to install my entry door without removing my storm door. I am very happy with my new door and the GREAT service I received.

I am very pleased with the West Shore Home crew that did the work for me. There was a crew of 6 that arrived. They were on time, very courteous, and very professional. Mitchell, Chris, Mark, Rufus, Cedrick, and Micah were extremely thorough. They installed 6 bedroom windows after they removed my blinds and curtains, then they replaced everything just as they found it. They also did a total reframing of my front entry with new door installation. The lead, Mitchell, went out of his way to solve an issue that I had with the order, which was no fault of his, but he made sure to get the problem fixed before he left. Each and every crew member was very respectful of my home, and they did an excellent clean-up job after they were done. This company is a bit pricey, but keep in mind they do customized work with a lifetime warranty, and the level of care and professionalism they demonstrated made it well worth it. I will definitely use them in the future.

Allen and Aaron arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. They were very conscious about my hallway and rooms they were walking through, placing drop cloths to keep them clean. My new shower install looks fantastic!!

Zander and Dillion were so wonderful and did an awesome awesome job on my shower install. I am one happy woman and they were so professional and their experience showed in their work. I will definitely be requesting them to do my next bathroom install for sure. Thank you Zander and Dillion I truly appreciate you guys

My mom recently had a new shower installed in her hallway bathroom and she couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process, thanks to Lead Darold and installer Aarron at West Shore Home from start to finish. They both demonstrated professionalism,expertise and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

The team arrived on schedule and within hours of promised arrival time. All questions asked by me or my mom during installation were answered they were equipped to handle any challenges that might arise.

Replaced my front door and went from a single door to double doors. I absolutely love it! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Chris, Dave, Shawn and Mark did an amazing job! They were courteous, professional and made all the perfect adjustments to make the design work. Everything was cleaned up when the job was done.

Gave my mom a walk in shower as a surprise birthday gift. She turns 73 tomorrow. They did a great job. Came at 8 and left at 530. Darold and Hunter worked none stop. It's done and looks beautiful!

Although I had no idea at the cost of a new door, I am VERY pleased with our new front door! From the beginning with the initial consultant and later with Harrison, the measuring, the installation to the final look over, everyone was knowledgeable, so easy to deal with and actually listened to what I wanted for the space. Our installers, (Paul, David and Zac), were quick to answer any questions I had, took care to keep the space as clean as was possible and probably cleaned it better than it was before they started. I have no problem recommending West Shore Home to my neighbors!

This was my first experience with West Shore and it was fantastic. I had a full bathroom remodel. Zander and Aaron arrived on time each day, and fully explained the project, how long it would take, etc. They asked me to come and see/inspect the job at each stage of the job. After the job was complete, they left the site cleaner than they found it, explained the warranty, and finished the job early. It was a pleasure having them in my home - service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you West Shore for a job well done.

Update to this review. I also had West Shore remove and install new flooring in approx 1/2 of my house. As the bathroom team did, the Floor crew - Chris, David, and Shannon - did an amazing job. Arrived on time and the attention to detail was superb. Chris kept me informed all throughout the process. Both crews @ West Shore were a pleasure to work with and treated my home and us with the utmost respect. Thank you Zander, Aaron, Chris, David, and Shannon for a jog well done. We are extremely pleased with the outcome.

Excellent job!! Surface Transformations just finished a job for me in both my stand up shower and a tub with tile! Very friendly and eager to get the job done. It was a very pleasant experience and affordable. I love the fact that the process was explained in steps ahead of time, so I knew what to expect. It was no rush job, which was assuring that things were being done properly. The eye for detail and clean up was top notch!! Definitely recommend! Thank you, David and Adam for the great work!

I was very impressed by the transformation!! The gentlemen doing the job were very nice and professional at the same time. I would recommend this process to anyone wanting to keep what they have and make it brand new.

David and his son did a great job refinishing my bathtub. There was peeling paint from the previous homeowner’s failed DIY project which goes to show you shouldn’t attempt this unless you know what you’re doing. David answered all my questions and it’s obvious he has the expertise and experience to do the job right. Communication was easy, price was reasonable, and the whole process was relatively quick. They left no mess behind and the bathtub now looks brand new!

They did a fantastic job restoring my lavatories. We had hired another company to work on our sinks and they looked terrible (only repaired/painted the bowl). Surface transformations came by immediately and was able to fix it! They look great! They are trustworthy, passionate about their work, and communicate well.

Surface transformations did an amazing job on our old cracked and dingy tub! They were very professional they came prepared with the right tools and specialized equipment. Dave and Austin specialize in tub renewal and their years of experience shows in the work that they do! No corners were cut and they did the work for a great price. Highly recommended.

We had Surface Transformations come out and resurface 98 year claw foot tub that had been resurfaced 50 years ago. David was prompt and respectful to property while staying dedicated to the three steps of the project with explanations of each steps keeping area clean including using an air scrubber for the odors making sure we were ok with each step before moving on to the next. I would definitely recommend Surface Transformations to anyone.

David and his son did a fantastic job refinishing our tub and sink. They were prompt and kept the bathroom spotless . I will definitely recommend them to everyone that needs their services.

David and Austin refinished a cast iron clawfoot tub, cast iron utility sink and a metal ~1940s sink with some needed repairs. They were very knowledgeable, cared about their work, on time, and because of the years of experience did the job quickly, thoroughly, with beautiful results. We highly recommend their work. Superb transform of my bathtub. I have done this service, with a different company within 5 years ago, but they were nothing compared to Surface Transformations.
