It was interesting to learn the company has their own manufacturing facilities. Mick was patient in explaining the durability of the tiles and helping us select a shower that best fits our needs. Elias, the sales representative from Premier Home Pros was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer any questions we had regarding the company, their products and their lifetime warranty. Elias assisted us with some great ideas for our small walk-in shower project. The cost was less then we had imagined.

When I first started looking for a bathroom remodel, I checked local contractors first and found that they were very unresponsive and then I found premier home pros. They immediately scheduled a representative (Adam Chandler) came and was extremely thorough and patient and listened extremely well to the needs of my elderly mother. We didn’t have to look any further for a company. The response time from consultation to bathroom remodel completion was quick and convenient. Marvin the contractor and the supervisor Jim insured the project was completed to our satisfaction and were very informative throughout the process. Tony came out today to give me a quote to remodel my walk in shower - he told me I probably wouldn’t feel the need to get other estimates after he told me about his company and product, and he was absolutely right. He is so knowledgeable and friendly, answered every question and was honest if he wasn’t sure of the answer. From start to finish I loved how everything went. I love how my kitchen turned out. This company really listened to me and they had a lot of patience and worked towards really making me feel comfortable throughout the whole project. They informed me about everything step by step. I called this company at the high recommendation of a friend, and when directed to the office manager/scheduler I was appalled by how rude she was to me. We were hoping to get our bathroom remodeled, so I wanted to schedule someone to come out for a quote after speaking with Lee, he sent me over to the main line.

The person clearly thought I couldn’t afford to get my bathroom redone, when I specifically said we didn’t have any budgets at the moment. She put me on hold to talk to her estimator, and came back with a price (15,000) WITHOUT seeing the bathroom, knowing what I wanted, what condition it was in, or anything. She then hung up on me and never attempted to call back after already having my address and number.

I don’t know if this was some sort of intimidation tactic or what. I was unaware you can quote someone on a bathroom without even seeing it or knowing what I wanted. She was incredibly condescending, and I can only hope she isn’t that way with other potential customers.

These guys couldn't even finish an estimate. It took weeks and weeks to get an estimate for just part of the work, and then they stopped responding to me. Very unprofessional.

Fantanstic to work with. Lee and his team are professional and the quality of work is unmatched.
Would definitely recommend.
