While I have nothing but praise for efforts of installation team, I am far from happy with paying over $32,000 (just for their work) for a totally renovated bathroom. They were helpful picking out fixtures and finishes. Showroom very small though without a lot of floor examples to actually see. After job started, we realized that we had not selected a vanity light fixture. I asked them to order one then saw they were going to charge me $850 for a pretty standard 4-light fixture! I cancelled immediately and found one online for $200 that is perfect. They also recommended an electrician they routinely work with who quoted me over 3X what the electrician I used quoted. Demolition took way longer than they planned for which I tried to prepare them for based on the age of my home. Beneath original tile was 2-3” of cement “mud” that was overwhelming the 2-man team. This also put them behind ”their” schedule. Then the installer’s assistant quit with no notice but installer carried on alone. Toward the end, another assistant came on board but was pulled off my job after a few hours to work on another job. So although needing at least a few more hours (maybe half day) and some help to properly complete my job, my installer worked until 9pm that night saying he couldn’t come back. They said it would be “paint ready” when finished and it definitely is not. Plaster/caulk needs more work as well as drips and some marks needing to be cleaned off finished ”tile” panels. They offered to send professional cleaning team but more than cleaning needs to happen. Once electricians ($1,000+) are done I still needed painter to prepare and finish walls and ceiling. Not sure what he’s going to charge.

So bottom line is the presentation was great, installers were great until management had them focused on next job, which made my job suffer in my opinion. I have to say I felt abandoned. My job was no longer a priority. Once you sign on, they provide very little guidance. The installers were asking me for specs on vanity, mirror, cabinet, etc., which I thought they would have and I couldn’t find on my contract. The salesperson was very nice but disappeared, never heard from him again unless texting me answers to the many questions that came up. Supervisor never came by to check on anything, until he had to deliver the half of the toilet that was misdirected in transit. Not their fault. I wanted to love my new bathroom and hope I will sometime soon, but I certainly don’t yet.

Excellent work done on my bath/shower remodel by Josh and Lewis! They were a fantastic team - prompt, very courteous, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. I had to have surgery on the day they finished. When I came home later that day I noticed something that I had questions about, and was not 100% okay with. They answered me immediately, turned back around and came back to my house to discuss options with me. They were incredibly kind and wanted me to be completely happy and comfortable (I’m disabled so it was important that everything worked for my condition). We landed on a couple different options that might work. They came back first thing the next morning to show me the options, and I was VERY happy with the final result. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely want them to do work for me in the future. I’m thrilled with the quality of the materials and fixtures. It completely transformed my bathroom, and most importantly, it is now a much more accessible and safe shower space for me. Thank you Re-Bath, and thank you Josh and Lewis for a job VERY WELL DONE!!

Our installation tech, Steve Hall, did a great job. He was very professional and took precautions to keep our house clean during the installation. It is exactly what we had envisioned and wanted.

Re-Bath was great from the initial consultation all the way through the installation of our shower. Josh, Lewis and Taylor were punctual, enthusiastic, clean, safe, respectful, and welcomed any and all questions I had through the entire process. I had a wonderful experience and love the results.

Just wanted to say we were very pleased with the Re-Bath team from Jesse, Designer Consultant to Lewis, Project Manager and his assistant, Josh). Re-Bath completely remodeled two of my bathrooms within 2 months.

The crews were professional and very patient in making sure that every little detail wasn’t missed. The crew was close to flawless in every aspect.

Went into the shop to look at shower enclosure finishes to support a Re-Bath project in my Chicago condo. The Chicago team informed me that the shower niche was not available in the shower wall color I chose (and had a contract to proceed). So, since I had returned to my primary home in the Jacksonville area, I decided to visit the Jacksonville showroom. The team there was super helpful and went way out of their way to help me and my wife choose a new color that would support the niche even though they would not “make a sale”. Very impressed! Thank you!

Rebath did a great job with updating our bathroom. Wesley was our point of contact and was very helpful with presenting all of the options for the remodelling. Josh and Lewis did a great job with the install, and any concerns were addressed quickly.

Re-bath your drivers need to learn to drive better! Tailgating people and cutoff other drivers in traffic with little to no room to spare is not it. Do better!

Re-Bath went the extra mile from start to finish with our tub to shower conversion. The start date was sooner than expected. Michael the installer was prompt, on time, polite, very courteous, explained everything to us. Michael stayed on task and never stopped until the job was completed. This project wasn’t a rush job. First day the tub area was removed and the next day the shower and all the upgraded hardware was beautifully installed. No complaints. Price was right. Other companies were over priced. Michael went above and beyond and is an asset to Re-Bath.

Really impressed by how our shower turned out. Lewis and Josh were so quick that it only took a day and a half from demolition to completion. These two are very skilled experts at their job no doubt. Thanks Lewis and Josh.

We are very happy with the finished product in both the master and guest bathrooms. Our installer Michael really did an incredible job and he cleaned up each day! His work was labeled “impeccable” by the county inspector. Basil came to help Michael for 3 days of the 9 day job (time was for 2 bathrooms to be gutted and put back together). Basil was jovial and really worked hard to be helpful to Michael. They had a good working relationship. Our experience with Re-Bath was easy from meeting with sales rep Jesse to installation to communication with office representative Tanya. Thank you, Re-Bath team!

Oh my goodness, my wife and I were nervous, but the team exceeded our expectations. Rudder meets the road after your sign the agreement, when they install our two bathrooms. Our installer was Michael (do not know his last name or if I did, I wouldn't post it), he was always on time and he was head down on his work. The detail of his work was excellent. He cleaned-up everything and ensure our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended them...I would also recommend having Michael install your new bathroom.
