I found him to be very professional with a wide range of knowledge. Was always on time and finished the work in the projected time frame. Easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions patiently.

I had a great experience with Our Neighborhood Handyman, was to handle my issue. Prompt and very communicative.

Jafar is very professional and won't leave until the job is done perfectly!! He is very trustworthy and really helped my new apartment feel like a home!

I moved into my new place and noticed there were a few flaws that was left unaddressed by the property manager prior to moving in. I didn’t know where to start in correcting a lot of these issues and he was quick to guide me through it over the phone. He’s not local to me, but I’d recommend him to anyone in his area in a heartbeat. Dependable. Reliable. Expert quality work. He’s definitely a needle in a haystack when it comes to construction and I’m glad to know him!

Rapid response, came the same day to do a few plumbing jobs. I must admit he did a great job diagnosing and resolving the issue around my business . Very professional, and explained all problems and soultions thoroughly. I am extremely happy with my service.

Jafar replaced my water heater for a new electric water heater. He talked me through what he was going to do and all the probables that he may run into. I appreciate the details and he made me feel a lot more confident in his abilities. Jafar is very professional and he is very knowledgeable. He made recommendations that saved time and money. He was well prepared for the job at hand.

Jafar is a first rate handyman. I’ve used him for plumbing and furniture assemble and he’s always done great work. He’s extremely responsive and flexible with his visits. He double and triple checks his work before leaving. Very professional and approachable. I highly recommend Jafar.

Had some small renovations done in my kitchen and bathroom. Our Neighborhood Handyman came through with clean, quality work. They were professional, on time, and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend.

I contacted Our Handyman Services and Jafar instantly replied the same day. I needed help installing a window ac built into the wall. He showed up on time and did great work. He went the extra mile to provide sufficient installation around the ac, and even touched up paint around it. He is such a genuine and honest guy. I look forward to contacting him to help with future home projects.

Jafar is highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I strongly recommend calling him. His craftsmanship is excellent and he really cares.

I’ve never seen a handyman that not only overcharges for services with his new payment system… but ALSO will leave behind garbage for you to clean! He bought 2 light fixtures and installed one but left behind a completely brand new light fixture. He will overcharge you every chance he gets. Don’t use him EVER! You are better off finding another handyman. Look at all the mess he left! Would you hire someone like this? I would never recommend my family and friends to use this business. People are money hungry!!

Exceptional Bathroom Remodel!

We hired Our Neighborhood Handyman for a full bathroom remodel in our Philly home, and they absolutely delivered. The team was punctual, professional, and kept the space clean. They handled plumbing, tiling, and electrical with care and precision. The results are stunning — top-notch tilework and attention to detail. Transparent pricing, great communication, and zero stress throughout the project. Highly recommend to anyone looking for skilled, reliable pros!

Outstanding service accompanied by the highest integrity.

Impeccable craftmanship, meticulous attention to detail. Completed work in an excellent manner and left my home immaculate when finished.

Amazing work! Helped turn my old kitchen into an amazing place. Also did other projects on our home. Amazing service and professionalism.

I can’t recommend MM Home Improvements enough! They came in and redid my entryway to exactly what I wanted. They were so professional and knew exactly what they were doing. If you’re looking for quality and professionalism, they are it! I’m so happy I chose them.

Zsolt did our kitchen / bath renovations. Zsolt, you are a true craftsman your attention to the smallest details did not go unnoticed. We still miss having you around every morning. After a three month renovation you felt more like a member of the family.

These guys are absolutely amazing.. I met Zsolt (the owner) and was immediately comfortable. He made some lofty promises and exceeded them and then some!!! I gave him my vision and not only did he make it a reality the results were even more amazing than I could have imagined. The bottom line is if you need anything construction wise look no further.. At this point MM has done a commercial size bar, man cave, full wrap around deck, concrete work, full master bath.. I’m just coming up with things for them at this point!

Thank you Zsolt and MM wish I knew you guys my whole life!!

Zsolt is an amazing master craftsman and woodworker who obviously learned his trade well before emigrating to the States. He has done several projects for us that included significant exterior as well as interior work such as a complete renovation of our powder room with intricate board and batten, , trim work in our bedroom, hallway and on our staircase , painting, window repair, front door and side light installation,, and furniture refinishing and repair. He is a perfectionist who always left the job site cleaned and in order, came on time, was capable of doing any job we asked and handled design changes or unexpected problems with knowledge and professionalism. We’ve been so spoiled with his work that we won’t use any one else even if we may now have to wait as his reputation is growing.

We are very grateful to be able to work with MM Home Improvements. Zholt is an incredibly hard worker, honest, dependable and does beautiful, quality work. He showed great attention to detail and had excellent communication throughout the projects we have done with him so far. Our home is 100 years old and needs a talented contractor to help us take care of it. Anyone they recommend has been excellent - for example he subcontracted tile work, paint, and roofing. We look forward to our next project working with Zholt and recommend him without reservation.
