Highly recommend. Our kids are growing up and we decided to convert our master bath/shower separate into a lux shower and sauna. Sugarmans took care of the shower conversion with turnkey expertise. Custom made materials were ready on time and arrived as advertised. Special appreciation to our installer, Jose Jimenez, who provided expert installation advice throughout the process. Would definitely return.

PS: Our shower design required the glass to be custom measured after shower install. Will post updated photos with glass when available.

I recently had Shugarman’s Bath remodel my tub and shower, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Shane and Mike were my installers, and they did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish.

The entire project was completed in just one day, and the transformation is incredible—my bathroom looks brand new and far exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work is evident in every detail.

Shane and Mike were excellent communicators throughout the process. They arrived right on time, explained what they were doing, and checked in to make sure I was happy with each step. They were extremely neat and respectful of my home, kept the work area clean, and were courteous and professional the entire time. They were truly a pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend Shugarman’s Bath, and especially Shane and Mike, to anyone considering a tub or shower remodel.

I stumbled upon Shugarman’s Bath after doing a lot of research on shower remodels in San Diego. After speaking with them, and with several other contractors, I ultimately decided to move forward with Shugarman’s.
I really value not feeling rushed or pressured, and Greg picked up on that right away. We met twice before I committed to the project, and as someone who pays close attention to details, I truly appreciated his patience as I walked through all of my options and took time to weigh them. I also respected that he never spoke negatively about other companies. Instead, he focused on what Shugarman’s could offer and whether it was the right fit for my needs.

Once I decided to move forward, the team acted quickly to order materials and provided multiple installation date options to accommodate my busy schedule. The entire installation took two full days, which felt impressively fast given the amount of work and the high quality of the finished result.

I also want to commend the in-office team for their clear and prompt communication throughout the process. Being able to communicate by text during the workday was especially helpful for me while working in an office.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend Shugarman’s Bath to anyone looking for a professional, respectful, and detail-oriented bathroom remodel.

Just an update. *refer to pictures for original post* They offered us $400. The install cost us around $7,000 What a joke. They said they want to fix the problem and send “their best person” out. I was told Josh who did the original install was their best person a couple months ago. The second time people came out to fix the problem all they did was silicone over what was already there. Last time I checked that’s not fixing a problem that’s putting a bandaid on it. What’s the point of a life time warranty that they don’t fix the problem they just keep putting bandaids on it. Customer Service wasn’t very helpful at all. I high suggest never dealing with this company or using them for anything.

BathFitter did a professional job. But It’s very highly priced, cost me $9,500! 😱

At least I received a lifetime warranty! 😃

I just got it for a rental apt. upgrade. Just as impressed again.
2 of the most attractive features that enticed my decision is they include a life-time warranty and they do all the plumbing new leading up to the tub.

Bathfitter did an excellent job from sales to installation. They were upfront and clear in the sales process and installation was done professionally and quickly.

Attempted to learn more about BATH FITTER designs and process was glad to find a SHOWROOM near me via the COMPANY WEBSITE see attached SNIP

PROBLEM: After driving 1/2 hour to find the location, receptionist at front desk informed me this is NOT A SHOWROOM. Of course she would be happy to take my info and have a sales rep contact me.

NO GOOD. Why would a consumer go forward with a process when STEP ONE is a fail???

I'm so happy with my decision to upgrade my tub-shower with Bath Fitters! I absolutely love the look and feel of it, it's a few inches bigger than what I had due to the slimmer design and arced curtain rod, and it looks great. The service was very friendly and helpful.

In fact, I forgot to schedule the water shutoff for my building which meant the installer had to turn around and go home and come back the next day, and he took it all in stride. They made a point of telling me that if I have any problems, they'll come out and fix it for free. Their customer service is top notch.

I really liked that the price included all the plumbing plus installing some drywall on my walls that previously did not exist. I didn't have to coordinate with a plumber or another contractor for any part of the project.

I highly recommend Bath Fitters. Yes, it's a fairly significant outlay of money, but it's one of those things I feel completely good about purchasing. In fact, my only regret is I put off doing it as long as I did.

Service Tech Christopher knows his job well and he was able to fix the water drain issue in the bath tub. Indeed experienced Tech.

We wanted an adjustable bar for our shower, Mike was prompt and showed us where the best place to put it,and how to use it he also replaced the caulk ,cleaned everything as he went very professional, so glad we went with bathfitters.
