Shugarman's installation team of Chuy & Richard recently completed removal of my 45 year old bathtub and replaced it with a stunning walk-in shower with state of the art fixtures and plate glass sliding doors. Chuy & Richard were meticulous in their work. They took pains to carefully check their work and they made every effort to clean up after the work was completed. Great experience in dealing with all aspect of Shugarman's Bath, including a very thorough point of sales presentation from Adam, along with the product installation from Jorge (along with assistance from Bryan and Brandt). Everything was delivered and completed as promised. The finished product was better then I expected. Jorge is conscientious in explaining all aspects of the installation, along with doing clean and professional work. Additionally, he identified some existing plumbing-related issues which allowed me to get those item repaired, instead of ignoring them and having them become issues later on.

We hired Shugarman's to replace our tub and shower with a new walk in shower. From the initial appointment to the finished product they were very easy to work with and responsive to any questions. Brandt did the demo work. He was personable and courteous. He cleaned up the area nicely when finished. Brandon, the installer, was friendly and informative. He helped with suggestions on the placement of some items.He also helped with information to repair our plumbing problem. Overall, we are very pleased with our new shower and very happy that we chose Shugarman's.

We decided to upgrade the original shower stall in my dad's 54-year-old home, and after researching companies with great BBB ratings and reading positive reviews, we went with Shugarman's.

The demo and installation team, Christian and Jaret, arrived early and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were efficient with demolition, cleanup, and the actual installation. Christian kept us updated throughout the day, even notifying us when the old shower was removed to show the condition of the area. He pointed out that the home had “good bones,” as there was no mold or water damage—everything looked practically brand new. Christian and Jaret managed to complete the entire project in just one day.

There was a small hiccup during the process. Initially, the designer had suggested a pivot glass shower door, but I was concerned about the placement of the toilet. The designer assured us that it would work, but once the installation began, Christian and Jaret pointed out that the pivot door wouldn't fit because the toilet was too close. They recommended sliding doors instead which was how the original shower stall was. Thankfully, Shugarman’s was flexible and allowed the swap to the sliding doors. Since the shower stall was smaller than usual, the doors needed to be custom-made, and we’re currently waiting on that.

As a bonus, Christian went out of his way to buy us a shower curtain from Home Depot and Jaret installed the curtain rod we already had. We really appreciated this extra effort from both of them.

In the end, my dad now has a beautiful, modern shower that has completely transformed the space. We’re very happy with the result and the service from Shugarman’s.

we had a wonderful experience with Shugarman’s when redoing our en suite shower! the original shower was from the 70s and in desperate need of repair- from quote to demo to installation Shugarman’s was professional and easy to work with and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Would def recommend them to anyone looking to have their shower or bath redone! Our team (Nico, Adrian, and Tony) were the absolute best.

This past Monday we had our bathtub/shower converted into a stand-up shower. I cant express how impressed I am with the quality of work and how professional our installer ( Ivan) was and is. I received a fallow up call today on how the shower turned out and i actually requested Ivan to be our installer for further projects that we will have. You will always be in great hands with him because before making final placements on anything he will ask you for your opinion. Definitely doing more business with Shugarman’s Bath.

The Shugarman's process went so well that after our first shower installation we signed up for a bathtub/shower installation in our other bathroom right away. It was fun to work with our salesman Erik. Our installation teams (Jaret and Christian, Shane and Michael) were friendly and courteous. The company followed up quickly with wall and showerhead repair. What pleased me the most was the main work was done within the time promised (1-1 1/2 days). The lifetime guarantee is awesome too.

This review is regarding the demolition “down to the studs, tear out & removal” of the very large old 6.6’x4.6’x8’ tub/shower area. The worker from Shugarman’s Bath “Nico” arrived alone to do the job. He was here for more than 8 hours taking only a few of very short breaks. My spouse & I were extremely impressed with work ethic. He completely closed off the work area to prevent dust & debris from going beyond the work area; in addition, he covered his pathway from the job site down two flights of stairs, out the front door that leads to another set of steps to his truck. He transported all the debris down this pathway. When he was finished the whole area was left clean & spotless. He is a very rigorous worker and very polite person. He is someone I would have liked to have worked for me & the owners of Shugarman’s Bath should be proud to have him as their employee.

I can't believe how fast our new shower was installed. Our installer Chreen was friendly and professional, and here asistant Steve was as well. Very nice people. Answered all my questions and kept me updated at each step. The workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend Shugarmans, and if you are lucky you will have Chreen as your installer. She and Steve worked like a well oiled machine and before I knew it, the job was done. The made sure everything was cleaned up beforw they left.
I am 100% satisfied.

Brandon, our installer, did a wonderful job! We truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. He was very polite, punctual, respectful of our home, he cleaned up thoroughly each day. Brandon had to go up and down the stairs several times bringing all his materials and tools. We just had our master bathroom Shower/Tub renovated by Shugarmans bath and could not be happier with the results! From the time we met the sales rep, Fil, to coordinating with the installers, everyone was incredibly professional and courteous. My fiancé and I were pretty picky with what we wanted, and Fil was patient with us and let us come into the showroom to look at our different options. There was a minor hiccup with the design, but the whole team was super communicative and was willing to take on the additional costs associated with the design change, given that it occurred after we signed our contract. During install, there were a couple of days where both my fiancé and I had to leave the house to go to work, and we felt safe leaving everything with the installers. This is an overall fantastic company, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to renovate their bathroom!

Just completed a shower installation by Shugaman’s Bath and it more than met my expectations. The finished product is just as I ordered and looks great. Thank you Shugrman’s Bath, I have an older home in Vista. The shower demo/rebuild turned into quite a project with a lot of unknown variables discovered during demo. All of the installers worked so hard and did such a great job. They were all professional, respectful and helpful. Dante worked his butt off tearing out the old shower. Billy was super helpful positive upbeat and great to work with. Brandon did exceptional job. My project was difficult and challenging but Brandon never gave up, never got frustrated and got it done even with all the unexpected challenges. They dealt with drying out all the moisture to prevent mold before they move forward with rebuilding. Thank you, Brandon for all your extra hard work and for seeing the job through to the end. Very happy with the results. My shower project had all the worst case unknowns and there was never any up charge for the extra work required to get it done correctly. Thank you to my awesome install team, I truly appreciate your hard work and craftsmanship!
