Hired CLM to install sprinkler system in back yard and pasture as well as upgrade front sprinklers to a automatic timer. They did work in good time and started with great communication. A few days after they finished we noticed that multiple sprinklers were leaking and they did not pack down the dirt out in the pasture where they placed the new lines. This caused issues as it was a hazard to livestock as well as a waste of money since the sprinklers kept leaking water. They came out and replaced a few with no issue and we assumed it was all fixed. A few days later sprinklers were still leaking. They came out again a few times as it was never fixed. After spending more money to have water tested for sediment per their request to try and did reason for the valves constantly failing we were told they were going to contact their well/pump person and get back to us. We assumed that it would need a filter possibly or something else to fix the issue. We have never had any issues with our front sprinklers leaking when they were on manual turn vales. We stated multiple times during this whole 3 month ordeal that we will pay for any additional items needed. We have been trying to contact them for MONTHS to make this right and have not gotten any response. We have been in contact with the well/pump person they said they were going to contact and confirmed that they have not been in contact with CLM past the original phone call. They took our money and walked away. Now we have to hire another company to fix this. You think for spending $xx,xxx with them they would want to at least make it right... We have waited months to post this in hopes they would return calls/text past the only response they gave us. "We are on a vacation out of state and will get back to you when we return." We waited and kept contacting with no response or communication. Please don't waste your hard earned money with them.
