Agent spent more than 3 hours in my 2 bed house and looking at all the details. They were really friendly and knowledgeable. The report is really professional and documents everything. Thermal inspection cannot be carried out due to the weather conditions but they said they will come back to have the thermal inspection once the weather is suitable. So amazing for such professional and caring services provided by them. Would highly recommend anyone get them to inspect their new build house for their snagging survey!

Over the past few decades, I have had the privilege of working with Rob on multiple residential projects, and I can say without hesitation that he is, quite simply, the best in the business.
Rob and I have known each other for many years, and even before I hired him professionally, his reputation as an exceptional builder was well established in our community. In 1998, I engaged Trussell Construction for the first time to build a large patio cover spanning the back of my home. The result was nothing short of beautiful. The workmanship was outstanding, and the structure was so well crafted that it has stood the test of time both in form and function. I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome.
When it came time to build an entirely new home in 2005—a 3,500 square foot, four-bedroom residence—there was no question in my mind that Rob was the right person for the job. His professionalism, organizational skills, and deep expertise were apparent from day one. The entire construction process, from breaking ground to final finishes, was completed in just four months—an impressive feat for a project of that size and complexity.
One of the things that stood out most was the smooth coordination and efficiency with which Rob managed the entire project. His crew was professional, respectful, and incredibly tidy—the jobsite was spotless at the end of every single day.
Naturally, like all construction endeavors, we encountered a few unexpected challenges along the way. However, Rob handled each situation with clarity and confidence. I have nothing but great things to say about Economy Construction. The owner Jose C. runs an operation that is honest, efficient and excellent at everything they do. They did a marvelous job in converting a section of the garage to a bedroom and a full bathroom. After interviewing about 10 licensed contractors and their estimates and past work, the moment I met and talked with Jose I knew that Economy was the company I wanted to go with (it also helped that he was referred by another acquaintance). From the day they started work they worked efficiently, communicated the progress effectively and hit all the milestones without any delays. The supervisors/foremen Luise and Antonio worked with their respective crews effectively and with attention to detail. They handled all the permit concerns with the county, kept me informed on status checks and did everything very professionally. After over 2 months of excellent work in finising the original job I also used their help in some other projects as well which they also did a great job on. I will not hesitate to recommend Jose and his crew to all my friends.

Barrett and his journeyman Brandon were very professional and did top notch work. They installed 2 fandeliers. Very friendly and did clean work in an efficient manner. I will be calling them again for more projects in the future. Great and knowledgeable electricians! 5 stars!

Barrette came to my elderly mom's rescue. I called him because my mom had a power outtage and he immediately came, fixed the existing problems, and also did additional work to prevent same reoccurring issues. He is honest, quick, professional, and efficient. I recommend him. Thanks Barrette!!!

From this point forward, B&M is the only people I will call for my electrical needs. I was having issues with my home losing power. Erik, the technician and Barrett, were great! My home was a headache, but they showed up and took care of my problem. High recommend. Very professional 👍

We had Drew Martinson come out as we had electrical issues in the garage. He found the problem, which was fairly complex and did a great job of fixing it He added a new circuit and whole house surge protector. We dodged a bullet as the way it was before, it was an electrical fire waiting to happen. He was very pleasant and thorough and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend!

Excellent service called to have a gfci socket replaced on a Sunday evening believe it or not they showed up quick and had it done within 5 or 10 minutes excellent job will hire again if needed thanks

Barrett, the Owner, not only came out to give us a free quote, but actually came and did the work himself on the scheduled day so there would be no delays in the project. Very happy with the quality of work and the lengths he went to to get the job done. Will definitely be using B&M again in the future!

Barrett was great! Came to my house and fixed an outdoor plug that gave out, did it same day. Also brought up how I wanted to change an old switch which controled our whole house fan and make it into a smart switch and he did it same day. Also was able to relocate our smart outdoor camera from a spot where we didn't like to better location. Wired it nicely and also did it same day. Great guy, will do business again!

Barrett was very efficient, friendly and professional. He moved an outlet to another location, added recessed light to the bathroom ceiling, installed a 3-way light switch and hooked up our Ring doorbell.
