I live in an old apartment building with old pipes. Sink was stopped up since I moved in 5 years ago and a regular snake wouldn't unclog it. What can I say about Javier and Alliance United Rooter and Plumbing Services… INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! They are RELIABLE, HONEST with INCREDIBLE PRICES. They say when you find a plumber you can trust you keep their number and pass it down generation to generation. Too many plumbers take advantage of customers but not this family owned business. They honestly treat you like family.

Thank you again Javier for coming out so late, sitting in rush hour traffic to get here and helping out my elderly parents when they needed you. You treated them like family and we thank you for that. I’d give them a 10 STAR RATING IF I COULD!!!

Chris from Die Hard Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing my leaky main water supply line. He found the affected pipe and repaired it properly. Customer service from the office was good too.

I had an amazing experience with this company (1st time customer). The customer service was top notch, and exceeded my expectations. We needed our pressure regulator replaced. Someone from Die Hard Plumbing got in touch with me in less than 24 hours from when I contacted them through Yelp.

They assigned Chris Chwalek to look at it. Chris explained what needed to be replaced and got us a quote which we agreed upon. He came back 3 days later to do the work. He worked his schedule around when my husband or I could return home from our jobs. Die Hard Plumbing sent a message out confirming the appointment and which technician would be doing the work. On the day of, I received a reminder text about the appointment and finally a text saying when Chris was en route to our house. The communication and scheduling with Die Hard Plumbing was professional. I appreciated the follow up communication over text - it made it very convenient. Chris arrived at the time we scheduled. It was very nice not to have to take a day off of work to be home for a 4-hour window, as we have had to do with other services.

Chris is friendly and it became obvious that he really has a good knowledge of plumbing. He educated both my husband and me on what to look for if we suspect have a problem with the regulator in the future. As a teacher, I truly appreciated the background and information he shared. We definitely plan on using Die Hard Plumbing again and would be happy if Chris came back.

Chris installed a toilet with a bidet which we purchased and he did an amazing job!! He was very professional and courteous!!

This company came out to provide an estimate 60 minutes after I called. They completed the work and charged exactly what was quoted, even though there were a few snafu's that came up. They had to cut into my walls to bypass a broken pipe in my foundation. They made very minimal cuts and replaced the pieces so it can be patched with a little drywall mud. They routed everything through the attic instead of cutting open my floor, which saved alot of money. They left everything clean and made sure they took all the debris with them. I was really worried how much everything was going to cost but they gave me a great price and didn't attempt to change it. I can't recommend these guys enough!!!

My sewer drain line going into my septic tank somehow became disconnected from the tank Jake and Chris from die hard plumbing were able to cut a 4x4 section of concrete from m y patio and dig down to the drain line about 4feet cut out the old drain and install new clean out and drain line this was a lot of work these guys got it done!!! everything works like it's supposed to and the clean up after the job was outstanding I highly recommend die hard plumbing

They were honest , knowledgeable , and one of the better prices we found . We used them to repair some bad work done by a contractor and his plumber .They had great customer service skills. We will definitely be using them again .Never tried to upsell us on anything like some competitors did. I normally don’t leave reviews but we’ve had some bad luck hiring people for a renovation so when we find a honest dependable company we want to share that .

Loved Die Hard Plumbing! We had a water main leak in our front yard next to the garage. Water was everywhere and was flooding our planters and the area next to the garage. Jake came out and assessed the situation and began digging to find the connection from the main city water line to our house. It was deep down and under some concrete overpour from when the house was built. It took a while but he finally reached it and discovered that the connection had sheared. He was able to repair it in such a way that if future problems occur it will be much easier to access. He was very professional and honest about what had to be done. The price was very fair. I was very happy with the outcome and will definitely call them again for any other plumbing issues I may have in the future.
