We were extremely satisfied with Die Hard Plumbing. The customer service started with Amy when I made the appointment and finished with Mike who provided the service. The work was efficient and high-quality. Mike was so helpful to explain what the needs were, why an issue had come up and what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

Michael did a wonderful job!!! I had a sewer line backup and he was able to quickly diagnose and take care the problem. He was friendly and explained all the different scenarios that could arise. He was honest regarding the process and pricing. I would highly recommend and use for future service.

City required us to install seismic shutoff valves for our five unit apartment building in Santa Monica, so I went searching for a company that could do that. Kevin came out to take a look and sent me an estimate after checking for parts (not all of our gas lines had the same diameters). The estimate looked good, Kevin was able to pull the permit from the city, and they came and completed the job in about five hours. Everything was great, and the meters were properly braced to the building. Highly recommend. Before and after pictures attached.

Excellent customer service. Chris arrived at 1:02pm for our 1-3pm appointment arrival yesterday. He was friendly and helpful. Checked the source of our water leak and explained everything. He returned early this morning to complete two jobs for now. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to get a same day appointment within a couple of hours of my phone call yesterday. Will definitely have more plumbing work done with Die Hard Plumbing soon.

We had a tankless water heater filter replaced because it was leaking. We also had the unit flushed out. Chris did an excellent job. He was on time, polite, honest and very professional.. I highly recommend Die Hard Plumbing Co.
