We had just started a major renovation and our previous HVAC / Mechanical subcontractor has really left us hanging. I found Milad and got reasonable estimate. He immediately got to work with a great sense of urgency and attention to detail. We never heard him and his team make excuses no matter the job. They took care of us and we were lucky to call them over for several other HVAC jobs. We’re very happy with the service and quality!

They gave me the best price for the work, without charging for a second estimate. The tech was on time, had the right part, and was super nice and fast (had a copl new truck too). So far the work has help up, and I have a new AC company!

Milad was great. In the middle of this historic heat wave, our AC stopped cooling. Milad came down quickly and got everything running very quickly. When the system went down again a few hours later, he came back to fix it again at no charge. Great attitude and great service!

All the items he worked on are working better than ever. He worked on my commercial freezer and within a day it is brand new again. Exceptional quality with top notch customer service! Igloo came to our rescue during last week’s intense heat wave 100+ degrees. Our 20 year old A/C unit couldn’t keep up and froze Saturday evening. Out of the 6 companies we called, Igloo was the only one to answer and confirm an appointment for first thing the next day (a Sunday at that)!! Unfortunately it wasn’t a simple fix, and the entire system needed to be replaced. Milad and his team quoted us an incredibly reasonable rate and had the entire system (including the replacement of our 50+ year old ducts) installed in less than 2 days. Fortunately, the weather has cooled and we haven’t had to stress the new system, but the times it has kicked on, the air is SUPER cold and the house cools 100x faster than it previously did! We couldn’t be happier with the job performed by Igloo, and we look forward to having them perform all our routine servicing needs for our new system.

Came across Igloo Air Conditioning and Heating on another review site. They had awesome reviews so decided to try them out. It was the best decision I made. They (Milad and Omid) came out to assess the ac situation and told me what needed to be done. There was no hard sell or anything. The ac I had was so old that the compressor needed to be replaced. I decided just to have a new ac installed since it would have a 10 year warranty and the old one was around 10 years old already. Milad coordinated with me the appointment and called to tell me when they were on their way. They showed up exactly at the time promised. The installation went fast and they were both very professional and courteous. They explained exactly what was happening and made sure I knew what was going on. They installed, cleaned up and actually left the place cleaner than when they arrived (how's that for service!) I highly recommend them as they are punctual, professional, hard working, and their prices are affordable. Give them a try, it will be one of the best decisions you make for your air condition.

This job was the replacement of the existing furnace and ducting plus addition of central air and a second return line in a 2 story house. The existing, smaller furnace was in a tight space which complicated the installation and ducting for the replacement. Milad did a good job of finding solutions for the problems posed by the original installation without having to tear out walls and so on, which would have blown our budget. He and his crew get 5 stars for their workmanship. Honest, fair, willing to answer questions and consider options, good humor. They were easy to work with. The work came in at the original estimate, at a good price. Our only real dissatisfaction is that the new system is louder than our old one, but I don’t think we can really fault Milad for that, since the new system moves considerably more air than our old one which was underspec’d for the size house we have, and we’re getting used to it.

Milad diagnosed and quickly fixed our AC. Last year we had the same issue with water leaking , but the company we called only installed a tray to catch it, and didn’t fix the root issue. Igloo helped me understand the issue and fixed it quickly. I recommend their services!

Milad does business the way we like. Efficiency coupled with effectiveness. In minutes he had us back in a well air-conditioned home. He’s a man of few words and gets right down to business. Being able to spot the problem in seconds and give a diagnosis was exceptional. When given the green light to do the job it took him only minutes to complete. We are very grateful, and will recommend him to any of our neighbors.

Milad and the team at Igloo did an excellent job with the A/C repair in my unit. Milad was easy to communicate with, provided reasonable prices (I chose Igloo after soliciting prices from several other sources), was timely and professional in his work. They certainly seem to know A/C units very well and, despite the heatwave this summer, they were quick to set up an appointment. Definitely recommend for quality work and good prices.

Milad is very good in replying my text. When my heating system is not working, he tried to come to fix it as soon as possible. He is also very capable to find the problem and fix it in a minute. I like to communicate directly with technician not the people who only answer the phone. I definitely will recommend him to my friends and call him when I have any further needs for my AC and Heating needs.

I chose Igloo out of several HVAC bids due to Milad’s expert knowledge in the various kinds of HVAC systems and pricing. He was able to give me a great quality system at an affordable price by cutting down on the overhead cost. He is the owner (family owned) and he was present when his crew installed the system. The system was installed with the required permits. Heat pump was installed in the attic and Condenser was installed on the roof. I will certainly contact Milad for my future HVAC needs as well.

Our company had a mini split unit installed last week by Igloo Air Conditioning and it was a great experience. We had a few issues in the beginning but Milad and his team were very patient and we were able to work everything out and they did a fantastic job with the installation. I would definitely recommend Igloo!

Milad moved our gigantic condenser unit out of a garden Courtyard around the corner wth the trash cans where no one would see it. They were professional, pleasant to work with, abd very importantly, did the job perfectly at a fraction of what some others wanted to charge us. In fact, even though Millad had some of the highest reviews of anyone we talked to his price was a lot better. Highly highly recommended.
