We had an estimate from another company, but Milad matched their price. It was an emergency as we were leaving on vacation the next day and our tenant was having a party there 2 days later. Milad and his team didn't miss a beat. They did a professional job, replaced the a/c tested it and made sure everything was in perfect working oder. We will definitely use them again for our own residence.

Did a really bad job. I got overcharged $2000 for a really bad quality permitted repair that took over a month and a half and three failed inspections. He is the professional, yet I as a random homeowner had to do all the inspections and I didn’t understand anything. Didn’t give me all the stuff I need for inspections, communication took forever and needed several reminders just to give me the basic things I needed for inspections (to which I didn’t get them). Almost got fined from the city because of his work on top of that. Bad quality, bad communication, slow, wasted my time (my work vacation days), wasted my money, just not a good experience at all. I recommend someone else.

Milad replaced our old Nest thermostat with the latest model. His company charged considerably less than the competition. After installation he helped set up the device. I will definitely use Igloo in the future. Thanks

All I have to say is that Milad from Igloo is one of a kind. Honest, quick, friendly service. Never felt that I was getting scammed or being overcharged for anything. I could just feel that Milad is an honest AC guy. Our AC was not blowing cold air. He said it could be compressor or capacitor. If it is capacitor, then no need to replace compressor. It turned out to be capacitor which saved me thousands of dollar on a new compressor. Milad was very upfront with me, which I greatly appreciate. Will be using Milad from now on!

Milad and his team replaced my HVAC system this summer. We needed couple adjustments after the instalation. Milad responded promtly and made sure all of our concerns are addressed. AC unit has been working great so far. Waiting for the cooler months to try the heating. I would recoment IGLOO team to friends and family.

Milad was very responsive, courteous, and professional. I called him and he was at my house within an hour. My heater was not working and he diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. Turns out I needed a new gas valve. He returned to my house in less than an hour with a new valve and quickly replaced it. All for a very fair price! Igloo air conditioning was really good. I was skeptical because I am always not sure how service companies will be. But Milad was awesome! He was responsible, responsive, punctual, thorough and was just a super chill guy. I will now use him for all my HVAC needs. He was also very reasonably priced (which in this economy) is a steal AND he doesn't try to upsell you one million things. He really cares about good customer service and making relational connections which is KEY to having return customers! Thank you Milad and I'm hoping I won't have HVAC issues to call you again with but if I do, I know who to call!
