I've used this service twice now. They do a great job and are reasonably priced. Sasha, the team leader, is GREAT!! She speaks excellent English and translates exactly what the team needs to do. They lose one star as they were quite late on one day and none of the actual cleaning people speak a word of English. I used Google Translate to try to explain something and even that didn't get through. That having been said, the actual cleaning is excellent.

From the first contact they were courteous and professional. The day of the cleaning I wasn’t at the house but we had contact and when we arrived the next day it was spotless!! We have been using Betty Miller's services for almost a year (home cleaning). Luis' crew is very efficient, pleasant and friendly. We have a 1200 sqft house, they come with 3 people and everything is perfectly done in 2h30! They pay attention to details, which is really appreciated. I love the smell of the essential oil they leave in the entire house. Betty Miller is very accommodating, both in terms of service times and last-minute changes. We're delighted with them and we recommend them.

I live about an hour away from my older relative and was searching online for a reputable service to get his house cleaned for the first time in a long time. I called several firms and Betty Miller was great on the phone, it was easy to set up, we were able to get a slightly larger than normal crew that also had an English-speaking member since it was a fairly big job. It was all very easy.
And the crew who showed up was super friendly, very efficient, and did a great job. I thought there were a couple areas that would be impossible to get clean but they did it.
Great experience, going to start using them regularly so the house doesn't need such a big clean again.

I was told multiple times that they were not accepting new clients. However, when my family member called shortly after, an appointment was offered immediately.
When I asked for clarification, the conversation became uncomfortable and defensive instead of professional.
Based on my experience, I chose not to move forward.
