I would not use ever again. They were not able to remove all the stains and left water on the stoop/dumped it in the landscaping outside my door. I was originally quoted $90 over the phone and it moved to $100 when he arrived. They did not inform me over the phone that adding shampoo was an additional $150. They spent 35 mins maximum cleaning the carpets and bounced even after I mentioned the remaining stains.

Worst service ever. I was quoted $200 on the phone and they wanted to charge $450 when they came here. We settled on $285 cash.

Incredible service! While we were getting a bit of a damp, musty smell from the laundry room, they arrived to inspect the laundry room and did a complete dryer duct cleaning in under 45 minutes.
