Excellent experience. The technician was prompt and gave me a call when he was on his way. He let me know everything he planned to do beforehand and even checked with me to be sure I wouldn't be bothered by the smell of the cleaning solution used, then cleaned up after himself.

Of course my air conditioner decided to quit during the recent heat wave. I called Maximum Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning and they had a crew out here within two hours to diagnose the problem. It would take two days to get parts, so Chris showed up with a portable AC unit that kept our kitchen and living area at a comfortable temperature. Who else would give you that kind of service? Absolutely the best.

September 2024: Here we are two years later, and Maximum Comfort Heating and Air has come through yet again with flying colors. They just came out to service my AC unit, and flushed a clogged drain that was blocking the AC system from working correctly. I am so confident that they will always handle my AC system issues swiftly and professionally. And their front-office staff (Amanda) is totally top-notch too. You can be confident entrusting your heating and air system (installation and repairs) to this capable company.

Very thankful for such great service from Maximum Comfort. Joel was our Service Tech and he was quick to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem with the hvac unit and was successful to get the unit up and running again. Joel provided great communication and customer service during the process from beginning to end (the process was a long one too). So we are even more appreciative for all of his hard work.

Maximum did our new construction HVAC which was competed late last year. But their customer service didn't stop there like a lot of other companies. We got a hold of them about a concern with our heater and they came out the next day! Even with it being warranty work, they still treated us like we mattered. Everything is fixed and ready to go for winter. Highly recommend Maximum Comfort! Joel and his helper are friendly, quick and knowledgeable.
