For how little we were being charged for a ‘check up’ before winter, I wasn’t expecting a lot. Boy was I wrong. We got the full service and safety inspection of our heaters system, and air conditioning complete with gas pressure valve check and set, with pictures and explanations and HVAC for dummies education…no upselling, no uncomfortable pressure. No tricks. Honest and friendly, very professional. I asked him about the biannual maintenance program. It comes with discounts for future visits or parts. He signed us up and he even applied the discount to that days inspection. Amazing company.

Pearson Selvik performed annual preventive maintenance on two units at our property this past week. I appreciated that he explained what he would be doing, then went about completing process as discussed. This was important because the second unit is a rental and an RN needed to sleep to prepare for their next shift.

I appreciate everything that this company offers: Their staff arrive on time. They’re friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They leave the work area neat and clean. I believe my HVAC system is in the best hands with Pearson and Maximum Comfort Heating and Air.

I paid for the service of 2 visits per year and both visits I had to supply the filters for my units. I love the services theu provide, they just need to carry the size filters for my unit. Estimates are quick and easy to approve.

Attention to doing the job right the first time. Sale, installation and support.. I would highly recommend this company Comfort Heating and Air. We live out of Campo 91906 and no delay getting the Air Compressor Carrier HVAC unit replaced with a York. Great work.

The service I received was outstanding from my initial contact with the company to the completion of the installation. The sales representative (Kevin) was very friendly, knowledgeable, gave me a great deal on a Gold Heat Pump package, and even complimentary duct cleaning! All of the installation team members were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’m extremely pleased with the product and service, and highly recommend this company.

Elkan and Amanda were fantastic with their communication before during and after Elkan worked on my mini Split. Elkan is a very knowledgeable technician and I could tell he is passionate about what he does. I’m happy that I have his card now to be able to request him for any future HVAC needs I have on my property of 25 Tiny homes.
