I decided to call someone else out to tell me what's wrong. Apparently I need a transducer. He told me he could fix it but the bigger problem is that a new furnace is recommended because the furnace that CAT Exteriors installed is not authorized to be installed in my area. It's more for the southern California area not inland Empire area. He was like I'm not sure how long it would hold up if he replace the transducer. It's going to keep going out. I gave them a call only to be transferred to different departments and then I was given a number only to leave a message because no one answered. Now I'm sitting here in this cold weather with no heat because of this issue. Lifetime warranty my butt. It's no wonder why they filed bankruptcy.

honestly, I have to say I regret getting involved with this company. They did replace my windows. They're super expensive. They did do my air conditioner. In the interim. I get these phone calls from the most unprofessional people that don't listen and only want to come out and do more despite what you may have to say for my air conditioner I was supposed to have some maintenance done every six months, but they only had one man to do it and he was too big to fit into my attic so he could not come and service my air I was told to find someone else to do it at a higher cost than what they would supposed to pay me in my maintenance so I would do my research before using this company. The work and quality is good. I will say that, but they could do better on their professionalism and their follow-through is pretty weak.

I absolutely DO NOT RECCOMEND. They left a mess in my home of insulation, disconnected my doorbell wiring and left the ceiling vents barely hanging on. I called to complain several times. They deny responsibility. I made a terrible mistake hiring them. I paid $25,000.00 for HVAC and new ducting after telling them I did not need ducting as I had recently had them checked for leaks and the were in good condition.

I have had the pleasure of working with Eric multiple times. He not only worked with me on my house for Windows and AC/Heat, but also with my mom for AC/Heat. He has always been kind and professional and worked with us on our fixed incomes. Although, my mom did have some issues shortly after her HVac system was installed, I called Eric and he had someone out the next day to fix the problem. Thank you Eric for always being there to come to our rescue. To the crew on both projects, you all were courteous and professional and performed exceptional work.

We were almost not going to be interested but the kindness, ability to listen and pay attention of Mr. Samuel was unmatched. UPDATE: I am beyond words at how impressed I am with CAT Exteriors! We are in love with our new windows and sliding door. The first day of install we could feel a HUGE difference in the temperature inside the house. We even added a new window and it has made a world of difference! The service team was amazing and extremely professional. They did an absolutely amazing job! We are so happy! We will definitely use CAT Exteriors again for other services we will need! Highly recommended!

Following a great presentation & exploration of CAT's furnaces & A/C by Anthony Bullis, we decided to upgrade our existing HVAC. In just a few days Installers (Frankie & Mike) installed new furnace & A/C. They were experts at what they did. They were smiling and pleasant in their interactions with us and each other. Also quick & efficient! Our stuff that had to be moved out of the way was replaced appropriately. Couldn't have had better service. Thanks, guys! In addition, their Supervisor (Josh) appeared on-scene while installers were working to check with us to assure that everything was proceeding to our satisfaction. Great service all around.

Josh from Cat Exteriors came on an urgent service call as my HVAC system wasn't working. He was diligent, checked and or fixed what was needed. Gave it 110%. Polite, friendly and has an AMAZING work ethic. Highly recommend Josh and Cat Exteriors has been my go to for any upgrades I've had done.

For the price I was expecting perfect work. The windows came out very nicely and have made a massive improvement to our living situation. Then they came back again and offered to paint our house with Texcote; it was very pricey but the warranty on the work and Texcote is was got me. I was told professionals would be there to do the job yet when time came for the final walk through I was appalled at the work. From 20ft away it looked great, and then you walk up close and notice all the blatant mistakes and seamless lack of care for the quality of the job. Trash and screws have been found left around my property and straight lines were nowhere to be found, tape was not pulled off completely, over spray on the ground, plants and my driveway and concrete are stained. Our brand new aluma wood patio was over sprayed and our new windows have over spray as well. One of the workers had to come back out to attempt to fix what they should've done the first time and was able to fix most of the mistakes. However our concrete, driveway, patio, plants, and windows are still stained with paint. I feel like they rushed the painting process since the project manager said it would get done that day. My wife and I would have much rather preferred them to have taken another day instead of been left with such sloppy work. She painted the inside of the house on her own and did not have nearly as many mistakes as these "professionals." We were very happy with their work on our windows which is why we were happy to pay the ridiculous price to get our house painted but were not happy with the end result of them trying to fix the sloppy work and over spray of the workers who were rushing due to their lack of time management. Overall the house looks great from 20ft away and most of the mistakes were corrected; I hope the Texcote lasts for as long as they promised and honor their warranty if I ever need to use it.
