Diego was awesome. He replaced our shower valve that had been giving us problems for weeks. He worked quickly, but didn’t cut corners. Everything was sealed properly and tested thoroughly. It’s been working great since the install, and we’re very happy with the quality of his work.

Dannon did a fantastic job. Our sink had been backed up for days, and he cleared it out fast. He was professional, easy to talk to, and made sure everything worked before he finished. Highly recommended!

Ruben Silva save the day! We were in a jam. Our home is on septic and an auxiliary bathroom connects to a septic pump. At a recent event the pump failed. It’s not a typical plumbing problem so we were hesitant to find a new plumbing service. Thank goodness we found All City Plumbing. We remembered their sharp trucks around town and when searching online they came up. Their online onboarding to create and appointment is straightforward and encouraging. Sure enough their plumber, Ruben Silva, arrived on-time on a holiday weekend as well. He assessed the situation and was very impressed his knowledge of our unique situation. He describe what he was going to do and showed us in writing. Ruben did exactly what he said and solved our dilemma. Ruben was cool and confident about his ability as his expertise showed it. Above all he was a gentleman and represented his profession and All City plumbing well. We will surely call on them next time we have an issue.

I had a great experience with these guys. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and were very professional throughout the process. I appreciate the great job by Henry. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and showed me exactly what he was doing. We didn’t have running hot water from a guest bathroom and now we do. Henry removed the plugged pipe and he was clean and efficient about it. He went above and beyond. Mateo was very professional and knowledgeable and took pride in his work cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend if anybody has any HVAC problems asked for this man he fix her AC unit within a matter of hours thank you ACP.

I had three different technicians show up within the hours of my call on a Sunday morning. Cassia, John, and Jose showed up as expected, prompted me their arrival time in a fashionable manner, and performed the extra mile to introduce themselves before the assignment started.

Jose quickly assisted me with the descaling of the water with my water heater. He gave me a breakdown of the costs, provided recommendations for the following services, and informed me on the outages of hot water throughout the duration.

John helped me with inspecting my A/C unit and gave the equipment a proper diagnostics. He asked me for my attention to inspect the components that required replacing, showed me the measurements of the optimal versus current values my A/C unit was giving. Though we didn't pursue this service, John documented this recommendation for me for future reference.

Cassia came by last to repair my restroom air vent. It caught fire the night before and she was diligent in making sure we replaced the vent with a new motor, cover, and spent the extra mile in replacing related issues like the adjacent light bulb. Though the job was almost completed on the same visit, we still needed to patch the ceiling and we were caught in a time restraint. Cassia was kind enough to make sure we had someone contact us and communicated with us until we had another repairmen named Pedro who assisted us with the remaining task later in the week.

All City Plumbing has come in clutch and helped me out in a quick pinch in a time of need. Their customer service, recommendations, and quick responses will have me looking for them the next time my home is due for maintenance.

Came to check out my gas line which i thought was leaking. They were very quick in response. Highly recommend, and will be using again in the future!

Our 3 year-old Noritz tankless water heater started leaking in the middle of the night on Sunday/Monday. Since we bought the unit and had it installed by All City Plumbing so I called them at 6am to set up an appointment. Daniel came out on the same day around 9:30am and did a diagnosis on the leak, found connector pipe had a lot of hard water buildup that corroded the part and damaged the heat exchanger. Daniel ordered the replacement part from manufacturer. Bc the unit is considered new so it’s under warranty. Parts arrived at our home on Tuesday and Daniel returned on Wednesday to work on the repair. There’s no “downtime” throughout the whole process. Everything went super smoothly. Daniel is rather professional and personable at the same time. It was a pleasure working with him.

They were great in coming out in a timely manner however when they did get there for a simple repair, they were asking for $1500 and then they told me $1250 and then they told me if I did it the next day, which would not be after hours would be $950. I had no water in the home and so I knew that these prices were too high and I called somebody else the next morning and took care of it for $250. Shame on them for gouging and charging so much for people that are in need and have plumbing problems. This was just a simple repair.
