Unsafe Practices & Poor Customer Service

I had a very concerning experience with Ureno Tree Service. They completely blocked a bike path, creating a major safety hazard for cyclists. This is a serious OSHA violation, and it put riders at risk. I reached out to their office and requested a callback from the owner, but despite multiple attempts, my concerns were dismissed.

This level of disregard for public safety and customer feedback is unacceptable. Irvine residents, I encourage you to speak up about this issue so that companies operating in our city prioritize safety and accountability.

Just wanted to add, So Cal Trimming just trimmed up 9 palm trees over 20 ft tall. Plus cut down a tree about 30 ft tall in about a couple hours. The team was very professional, quick, they said they would be here at certain time and they were. I would absolutely recommend them!!

So Cal Tree Service went well above our expectations in the work that they did in our yard. The tree trimming is absolutely artful. They cleaned the area well, they were friendly, and I would highly recommend this company for work in your yard. We will certainly hire them again in the future.

The high winds brought down an oak tree over my driveway and propane tank at 3:14 in the morning. I texted Bryan at 6:15 he immediately got back to me asking if it was emergent and when I explained what happened he dispatched a team to my home by 7:30. They did an amazing job yet again, removed some additional weight off of some other trees that were in question and removed some additional trees that were uprooted.

Bryan and his team also went to my friend's house down the street and removed a tree that came down across their driveway trapping them on their property.

Professional, fast and taking safety into consideration I cannot express my gratitude enough for the job they did and how quickly they prioritized the risk to our home.

Asked SoCal to remove three palms. They were quick, efficient and flexible. Got Bryan out for the estimate the day after I called. Then he worked out how to schedule our job around my work schedule and, 10 days after I called, the palms are gone, stumps ground down, and everything is cleaned up. I enjoyed watching his team work, too—total pros. Highly recommend SoCal for your tree work.

A+ work. This team was extremely fair priced and the service was professional and better than expected. They came with a team of 4-5 people who swiftly pruned and cut the trees and removed all the debris without harming our existing plants. We had 5 palms cut and 1 removed- they were fast and did an amazing job cleaning up. They will be our go-tos moving forward!

It was a pleasure working with Brian and his crew. They did an excellent job of trimming six very tall eucalyptus trees which were on a steep slope. The clean up work was superb. I will definitely call them the next time the trees need trimming.

Very professional with a more then reasonable price. I live in a very wooded area of Orange County with very close neighbors. I watched their skilled workers remove huge branches I thought would be impossible !!
