Constraction reviews in Antelope, California

We highly recommend Primespec construction for crown and picture frame molding. Maks did an excellent job in our home—he responded quickly to our initial request, offered helpful design input, and even went above and beyond by making adjustments to a wall that wasn’t in the original quote to ensure a cleaner, more cohesive look. He and his associate were efficient, detail-oriented, respectful, and a pleasure to work with.

We recently hired Maks/Primespec to remodel our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and truly skilled at their craft. They helped us refine our vision, offered great design suggestions, and executed every detail with care and precision.

The project was completed on time and within budget, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Maks kept the workspace clean and was respectful of our home throughout the process.

We’ve received so many compliments on our new kitchen—it’s functional, beautiful, and exactly what we hoped for. We highly recommend Primespec to anyone looking for a trustworthy, talented contractor, and we will definitely be using them for our future renovation projects!

We’ve worked with Primespec Construction on multiple projects at two different homes in Sacramento, CA, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

At our previous home, they completed a full master bathroom remodel for us. The quality of work and attention to detail were excellent, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

After purchasing our new home in Sacramento, we hired them again to convert our master closet into a playroom. They removed all the closet cabinets, opened up the space, and added a new window. They also built beautiful custom built-in cabinets in our kitchen nook, which turned out amazing.

On top of that, they painted the exterior of our new home and completely refreshed the look of the house.

They are professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. We truly appreciate their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality remodeling services in Sacramento.

I’m very happy with the work done by Prime Spec Construction. They removed my old closet and installed my IKEA closet perfectly. Max was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. The team worked very clean throughout the project. Highly recommend!

We had Maks build a linen closet in an open niche in our home, and I truly could not be happier with the entire experience.

He framed out a new door, patched the drywall above (where there had been an open space), and somehow matched the existing texture perfectly, you would never know it wasn’t original. Inside, he built custom shelves and completed all the trim work beautifully. The finished result is absolute perfection. He is incredibly meticulous and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work.

Beyond the craftsmanship, he was fantastic to work with. From my very first message, he responded instantly. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, showed up on time, and did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it. The project took two days and was completely seamless.

He also kept everything extremely clean. He put down drop cloths, sealed off the area with plastic during drywall work, and left the space spotless each day, which I really appreciated.

He talked through all the project details with me to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and he never once made me feel silly for asking questions. I would absolutely hire him again and already plan to for future projects.

Highly, highly recommend.

I had paneling completed in two rooms by Primespec Construction and they did such an amazing job. We painted after the project was completed and some areas still need touchups so please don’t judge based on that! They were meticulous with measurements and helped guide me through the entire process. They were super knowledgeable and knew how to make the paneling work with the existing baseboards/door casings. They did such an excellent job and I think it looks incredible. They were timely and super friendly. The pricing was also competitive. He also does other work! This company has our trust and we will be using them for future projects.

Thank you guys for the amazing service and quality. Had an old cracked up driveway. Called VSC to come and tear out the old concrete and pour a new driveway for me. Very smooth process and amazing quality and pricing.

I had Vlad from VSC construction come out to give me a quote to change 6 windows and 1 sliding door on my home. He was very easy to work with, he was honest, had great communication. Father and son came to do the windows and sliding door and did a very quality job. I’m very pleased. It’s very hard to find contractors and companies that have amazing prices, phenomenal people and amazing quality work. I highly recommend VSC..

Thank you to VSC. I wanted to change 3 of my windows in the master room for energy efficiency. The quality of work was amazing and very competitive pricing. I had many questions and Vlad (owner) of VSC answered all of them and made me comfortable with the process. Thank you again.

VSC CONSTRUCTION recently replaced a fence around my house and used their equipment to pick up the extra dirt to the dumpster, i am completely satisfied with Mr Savchuk. Had some water damage in my house and he went out of the way to get the right trim and wall. Price was very reasonable. Would recament to any one

Mark is courteous, professional, patient and his attention to detail is a trait I really appreciate. It's a great feeling to have a job well done, and you don't have to second guess any part of the job because you know it was done right!

Mark is fantastic! He did baseboards and took half a wall out for me. Great prices. He added thousands of dollars in equity with a small professional job! Thanks Mark!!

Mark came to my house and did a great inspection of my current water system. Mark did not try to sell me on anything and actually told me my system was good and recommended that I don’t change a thing. I really appreciated that he was honest on time and did not try to convince me to have work done that I did not need. Thank you Mark.

Very pleased with Mark's work! He did an excellent job, gave us a great price, was very professional and completed work in a timely manner. Thank you very much, would definitely work with again!
