My dishwasher needed repair so I called Mark and he was at my home that afternoon and had my dishwasher repaired within 30 minutes. This was the second time I contacted Mark to take care of a fix it job. He’s knowledgeable, fast and affordable. I will continue to rely on Mark for any household need.

I was in a bad spot with a leaking shower and mold issues. I interviewed several contractors, none of whom showed up on time. Mark showed up exactly when he said he would. Mark gave me a detailed quote and was able to perform all the work, exceeding my expectations. Now, my shower looks brand new again.

My kids' upstairs bath is leaking down to the garage ceiling. Another company gave us a bid of $10k to rip this out and put in a new shower. Mark came out and instantly spotted an issue with the overflow and recommended looking at the gasket. He told me how to fix it. He said look at that then call him back. Sure enough the gasket was dried out and crumbling. This was obviously the cause of the leak. I bought a new gasket for $3.40 at Home Depot. Problem fixed. Mark is an honest guy and I will use him in all future projects. He could have charged me a bunch to fix this, but he took the time to show me how to save money. Thank you so much Mark!

Mark remodeled my bathroom, adding a jetted tub , a bidet and new tiling. He did great work; was punctual and professional. He listened and was great at problem solving. I would recommend Mark without hesitation.

We hired Mark for an extensive repair required in our kitchen that involved opening up a wall to deal with a slow water leak which had damaged a wall, and the hardwood flooring and baseboards on the other side of the wall. Mark was thoroughly professional from our first contact, to providing an estimate and executing the work. His finished product is outstanding and the quality is excellent. Also important to us was Mark’s clear communication and arriving to do the project when he promised. A true professional we would recommend to anyone.

On multiple occasions I have had the opportunity to subcontract with Gearhart Construction, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Their team was organized, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project.

Mark remodeled both our master and guest bathrooms. We are thrilled with the new and improved look. Mark was so easy to work with and went the extra step in hiding the imperfections in an old house. Mark removed our old shower, which was a job with unexpected surprises, and did a complete updated remodel. His attention to detail is perfection. Mark is a great guy. He fixed some major water damage we had to our second story subfloor, and did a great job. The new subfloor is perfectly level and completely solid.

Mark was punctual, pleasant to work with, and did a great job with the craftsmanship. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Mark Gearhart was installing a new walk-in tub in our almost 100 year old home. The bathroom and walls of old tub area is fine marble. Mark demonstrated skill, patience, and perfection in getting the original cast iron tub out. This took about 2-1/2 days. What a task. This was like removing a grounded vessel. Mark did it. No damage to existing marble.

Mark remodeled an original bathroom from 1989 for us & did an outstanding job! His quote was beyond fair, especially for the beautiful quality of work which we received. Mark possesses qualities which are a rarity today. He is honest, punctual, a pleasure to work with & an extremely talented contractor. His attention to detail & his ability to handle all that comes up with perfection is superb! We are truly grateful for the wonderful job he did! Our new bathroom is absolutely beautiful!! Would not recommend, he misdiagnosed our AC issue! Make sure to ask for an estimate for how much he charges before calling him.

Miguel installed two appliances in my home. He did the electrical and installation of an over the range vent and he installed an outlet and dishwasher. He did an excellent job, and he was friendly and explained things to me. When he was leaving he noticed my front door was not set right, and he did a quick fix for it. I was very pleased with his work.

Miguel was great! He was able to easily accommodate our schedule. Was very responsive. He provided a free estimate before he started the work. He also gave us an estimate for some future "wants". Will definitely hire him again for future needs. He is able to do a lot!!!! Do not hesitate to call him.

2023 : It's so rare to find people that you feel are capable & trustworthy .Miguel was recommended to us by another long time trusted service person. We needed a security screen installed on our side garage door. Miguel proved very capable & efficient & we are extremely happy with his work & how knowledgeable he is. we felt that the price he charged was more than fair. We will be calling him again in the future & recommending him to local family members.

Miguel is one of the most honest & hardworking guys we've ever met ! We needed some shed panels replaced & had an impossible time crunch in which to get it done. He did an amazing job, paying attention to details & intuitively knowing what needed doing. He left the job side clean & charged us a really fair price. He went above & beyond, giving our trashy shed a makeover & we are so grateful for how hardworking & considerate he is. He's done work for us in the past & we highly recommend him !

Today I had Vlad Handyman come out to do repair three of my cabinets. I was very pleased with the finished job.
I have other projects needed in my home, so I will be using their services again.
