Val did great job in fixing my mast bathroom shower leaking problem. Now it looks like a brand new one.

Max added a built in bench, cabinet and bookshelves, and crown molding to this room and we love it. This is our second time having Max build for us and it has always been beautiful!

Maks remodeled our kitchen and we are so thankful! It was a full kitchen remodel and he and his team took care of everything from the flooring, to raising the ceiling and putting in the cabinets. He kept us on the loop every step of the way! The end result is absolutely incredible and we couldn’t be happier! We couldn’t recommend him enough and look forward to working with him in the future!

Mak came out to look at some storm damage right away, listened to what we wanted, was knowledgeable and helped us decide the best way to replace the damaged structure, keep my fathers original design intact and make it sound again. He and his team were courteous, prompt and professional, now we can enjoy our safe and beautiful new patio cover!

My husband and I have been so fortunate to be able to buy our first home this year. It’s a beautiful new build but it lacks that personality, warmth, and uniqueness that comes from a more lived in home. To start our journey, of making our house into a “home”, we came across Prime Spec. We decided to go with Prime Spec based on their expertise, time frame, and price. Our request was to add batten and board decorative molding to our master bedroom. When finished, our expectations were exceeded.

Maks left our home very clean and he was courteous and professional from start to finish. Prime spec is worth every penny and we are going to rehire him for a few more home projects in the future. I showed off our bedroom to friends and family as it is such a pleasure to look at.  We will soon be painting our room Evergreen Fog by Sherwin Williams to make our bedroom cozy and inviting. I was fortunate enough to find Maks from Primespec Construction to redo my 3 bathrooms. He took them from the bland look of the 1960s and 70s and made them spectacular. His workmanship and attention to detail can't be beaten. We encountered some issues in one bathroom, and he did the repair work and brought everything up to code. He didn't overlook any details. He charges a fair and reasonable price for the job. I am 100% thrilled with the outcome. I would give Maks 1000 stars if I could. I will certainly use him again for my next project. We hired Primespec to close in our upstairs loft into a bedroom, replace all carpet with new flooring & baseboards and we are more than happy with the results! After purchasing our new home in Sacramento, we hired them again to convert our master closet into a playroom. They removed all the closet cabinets, opened up the space, and added a new window. They also built beautiful custom built-in cabinets in our kitchen nook, which turned out amazing.

I’m very happy with the work done by Prime Spec Construction. They removed my old closet and installed my IKEA closet perfectly. Max was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. The team worked very clean throughout the project. Highly recommend!

We had Maks build a linen closet in an open niche in our home, and I truly could not be happier with the entire experience.

He framed out a new door, patched the drywall above (where there had been an open space), and somehow matched the existing texture perfectly, you would never know it wasn’t original. Inside, he built custom shelves and completed all the trim work beautifully. The finished result is absolute perfection. He is incredibly meticulous and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work.

Beyond the craftsmanship, he was fantastic to work with. From my very first message, he responded instantly. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, showed up on time, and did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it. The project took two days and was completely seamless.

He also kept everything extremely clean. He put down drop cloths, sealed off the area with plastic during drywall work, and left the space spotless each day, which I really appreciated.

He talked through all the project details with me to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and he never once made me feel silly for asking questions. I would absolutely hire him again and already plan to for future projects.

I had paneling completed in two rooms by Primespec Construction and they did such an amazing job. We painted after the project was completed and some areas still need touchups so please don’t judge based on that! They were meticulous with measurements and helped guide me through the entire process. They were super knowledgeable and knew how to make the paneling work with the existing baseboards/door casings. They did such an excellent job and I think it looks incredible. They were timely and super friendly. The pricing was also competitive. He also does other work! This company has our trust and we will be using them for future projects.
