My personal experience is not of the place. But don’t ever let them handle your car collision when they run into you cause the guy, Jon Welang, is a liar. One of his worker backed up into my brother’s parked car and he asked us to get an estimate and he will send my brother a check. We took the car the shop and it cost almost $1200. We used our bills and rent money to pay for it because he said the check was in the mail already. It doesn’t take 7 freaken days for a check to come in the mail from Antioch to Stockton. So when I confronted him again he gave me a tracking number. When I tracked the number, he just barely sent out the check that morning on the 7th day after I told him I will be seeking professional help. When I confronted him again, he had nothing to say to me.

Clearly they need to hire people who are better drivers. After seeing their other 1 star review on here, I agree. They were on my bumper going 60-65 mph on Lakeville Highway in Petaluma. That road is dangerous enough. What is the big hurry when you can see cars in front of me? I almost pulled off the road just to let them pass me. Seriously no reason for this.

Started up regular cleaning service again after moving. Sofia, Jackie, and Camila from Team 3 did an amazing job. Our house was spotless!

We had a deep cleaning of our house today and the house hasn't looked this clean since we moved in! Alicia J and Juana S of Team 7 did an amazing job. Both were very nice and professional. Pricing was also cheaper that we had expected. Next time we need a deep cleaning, we will call Molly Maid again!

They were efficient. They were early and it was very nicely done. I had Martha and Jeanette team number six. They were wonderful good communication. The fact that they asked me to check before they were done really really great. They were great young ladies to work with and I’m choosing teams number six from now on.

Molly Maids came out for a walk through and estimate, Erika was super sweet and professional and gave a very reasonable estimate. Her team ( Team #6 Estela and Martha) came the same week for the first cleaning and did an amazing job. Happy to have found them for our bi-weekly cleanings. Thank you!!!

The Molly Maids just left and my home just sparkles!

I'm widower and have been using Molly Maids of East Contra Costa every 2 weeks since shortly after my wife passed. I appreciate that they are insured, screened, and that their can be no payroll tax issues of liability. And there is flexibility - they always accommodate me if I need to skip a service when travelling or need a extra service.

What I like best is their people. I believe it Team 6 that takes care of me. Jeanette has done 90%+ of my cleanings - I trust to her and knows my home well. Today she was joined by Susana who has been here many times. They are always careful and efficient as well as personable, polite and caring. Good people!

In the very rare event when there has been a problem, for example something breaking, they have always been proactively honest and Molly Maids then makes thing right.
