R.J. Collins Plumbing has been our family's (and many of our extended family's) plumber for years. Rob and the entire crew are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and take incredible pride in their work. We've had them snake our sewer line and replace our pressure reducing valve, but, most recently, they dug out and replaced a failed sewer line.
They did an incredible job, accurately estimated the time and cost of the project, and got it done without issue or delay. We can't thank these guys enough for the great job they continue to do.

Cant believe there is so few reviews. That is likely because there are so few complaints. Been using them for years along with all my family and friends they are the best.

Wē had the Tub snaked and afterwards it no longer hele water for a bath:They agreed to Come Back and Fix it at my. conveneience ʻ;

First I would like to thank Vicky in the office who was so kind and reassuring. Plumbing problems can seem overwhelming. Vicky sent a crew out this morning. Greg, who has 26 years experience at the company, and his sidekick Mohammed were wonderful! They fixed my initial problem with the toilet and the sump pump. I then told Greg about my shower leakage in the wall. He was able to find it and fix it without making holes in the wall. What a relief! He went the extra mile to clean out pipes. He also recommended plumbing fixtures that I picked up today so I will have "Hand Showers". He is also going to return to change my pressure regulator. Mohammed was such a dear young man. I mentioned the danger of the very hot water and he went into the dungeon-like basement and turned the temperature down. It was such a relief to have this "A" team today.

Had John Howe come by for a maintenance call and his prompt responses with expert professionalism was highly appreciated. Not only did he excel at the task at hand, he did above and beyond to inspect and inform of near future work needed and was able to fix the problem right there on the spot! Will certainly keep them in mind for any future opportunities

High speed plumbing techs were quick. We had a bad main line drainage blockage at our clinic and they did fantastic job with hydro jet to clear the blockage. They know what they were doing!

Jim and Juan were great to work with. The employees were wonderful. It was a tough job but they didn’t give up.

Clemente did everything we requested and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Would use again for any future repairs/project.

John, Service Manager was very knowledgeable, professional and a very pleasant gentleman. He assessed our plumbing issues and recommended that a restoration company come out and access the water damage due to ongoing toilet/piping issue from our upstairs restroom. It's been running into our kitchen cabinet downstairs. Luckily, our home insurance guy called while the John was still here. John was able to give the Adjuster the information needed to have Service Master's come out tonight to assessment the water damage.
I'm so grateful that John took the time to explain and show me the issues we were having. .

This is the third time rely on High Speed Plumbing and it will definitely not be my last. Thei technicians are prompt, courteous, professional, but .most of all capable. This time it was Donald who came to my rescue in identifying multiple sources of leaks under my sink and replacing my faucet while resolving the other issue. The amount charged for the service call was also very reasonable.

Clemente was very nice and was thorough in his explanation of what was causing my leak. He was clean and courteous.

From the start this company performed! I made one phone call and Donald scheduled me right away to take care of my issue in my kitchen. Enrique the technician was very respectful, responsive, clean and performed quality work in my home. I highly recommend this professional plumbing company to residential and commercial customers.
