Plumbing reviews in Arcadia, California

I called High Speed Plumbing at 9 A.M. and Carlos was here at 10:30. He checked out my water heater and diagnosed the problem immediately and took care of my issue. He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call them again when I need a professional. Great job.

Arrived on time. Courteous and professional. Knowledgeable and honest about service and prices. The job was completed quickly and done well by plumbing technician Chris. A++

I could not be more happy and satisfied with the work that this company did for me and my family. Within an hour of identifying a water leak from the main water line to my home, I spoke to Juan by phone who was very courteous and helpful and he dispatched Donald who showed up promptly and quickly located the issue and repaired a potentially dangerous and disruptive situation for my family. Even after the extensive digging and pipe repair outside of my home, Donald came inside and helped me with a small nagging leak beneath my kitchen sink. It was truly a wonderful and helpful experience to an otherwise stressful situation. I cannot recommend this company enough.

High Speed always has the best service. He tried his best to solve the problem, was very honest, on time, professional. Ultimately, it’s probably better in the long run to get a new toilet since it will cost so much to fix.

Armando was on time, courteous, and professional. He checked out the issue in my bathroom sink and explain to me what was going on. He was able to take care of the problem in 15 minutes! I am so happy with the service. I will definitely be calling back if and when I have another plumbing issue.

Even though it was not a inexpensive repair and it took them longer to get the pipe from the specialty store than to fix the problem! We are thankful and very happy with their service, Ron was curtious and polite.. They fixed a problem that our Home Shield home warranty COULD NOT!! I am happy, my clients are finally able to enjoy their home, and the gas leak was located and repaired within a couple of hours!!

Highly recommend High speed plumbing! We had a blocked main line, called several plumbers who overcharged, didn’t show, and said we needed other unnecessary services that cost thousands. We finally called HSP, they got us an appointment same day, within a couple of hours. Jonathan Pineda was on time, very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, communicative , and assessed the issue quickly. Had all the tools to unblock and run a camera in a short period of time. Didn’t overcharge or offer other services we didn’t need, and explained everything along the way. Give us great advice to avoid future issues and maintain a clear line. We were very happy with the service , rapid response, reasonable costs, respect, and treatments from High Speed Plumbing. Highly recommend them to anyone for plumbing services.

Juan and Jesse. I thank you very much for a job well done.

My parent’s had a plumbing issue, and it was fixed the same day. I am thankful for Chris and his amazing service and communication with what the issue is and figuring out the best solution. Will be using their service again to fix their faucets soon.

They answered the phone immediately and making the appointment was very easy. Clemente showed up on time and communicated with me by text. All I can say is he did a great job and I will be using this company for all of my plumbing needs.

Christian was very knowledgeable and respected my request to keep things clean by wearing booties I supplied. He was prompt on time and explain in detail what he would need doing to help my clog situation.

I live a couple of hours away and needed to find a plumber close to my elderly dad. I looked up plumbers on the internet and was impressed with the High Speed Plumbing website. I called and spoke with a very nice young lady. My dad had someone at his house replacing a water heater within 1.5 hours. I spoke with my dad after and he was very impressed with Jonathon and his knowledge of what needed to be done. I received numerous texts updating me from Jonathon on the status of the service call. I also received a call after completion letting me know about another issue that needs to be addressed with my dad. I highly recommend High Speed Plumbing.

Chris is a great guy, and is very knowledgeable with his work. I'm glad I chose High Speed Plumbing to change the main water valve of my home. I was charged a good price for the job.

The work truly lives up to their name. Great and speedy service. Had busted old pipes from the 30s (house is on raised foundation) and they were quickly assessed and replaced within a day. Highly recommend Christian Delgadillo, he will get the job done!

We had our whole home re-piped by these guys. They worked quickly and got the job done in 2 days. Christian explained what the job entailed in detail and worked hard to get the job done. Juan was very helpful in addressing any concerns we had. Pricing was reasonable.

Jesse was very friendly and communicative and worked extremely efficiently. He told us exactly what to expect and he lived up to those expectations. Our previous plumbing company did not even answer my emergency call. Jesse came two days before Christmas and finished everything. I have a new Company now. High Speed Plumbing!

I had a mainline blockage and of course it happened without warning, while all my children were home for the holidays.

When I called, they scheduled a plumber to respond in two hours and he showed up on time. Christian responded and I must say I was very impressed. He’s very professional and respectful. Even though I have an easily accessible clean out, the riser was filled with standing water so it was difficult to know if the snake was fed in the correct direction. He worked okay it and vacuumed out the standing water. He then had it snaked in no time at all. He remained on site while I ran multiple fixtures to make sure there was no restrictions. The drain worked perfectly.

Christian earned my trust and I highly recommend them!

Absolutely GREAT. We have used High Speed a couple of times in the recent past and this company never disappoints. Guy showed up a bit early, gave us a verbal estimate, got right to it, solved all five (5) household plumbing issues carefully, efficiently and quickly. Utterly professional. Most appreciated.

I had a great experience with Christian, the technician from High Speed Plumbing Inc, who came to fix the plumbing issue in my home. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an efficient solution. Christian took the time to explain the issue and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend his services!

Carlos provided an estimate and did the service right then and there. Super helpful and he also worked fast. I'd definitely hire again for future plumbing needs.

We had a main line back up on a Sunday (of course), I immediately called Western Rooter whom I had used in the past for hydrojetting and plumbing. I was happily surprised a person answered and got me set up with an appointment. Josh showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and had things flowing right away. He cleared all the roots in the line so we should be good for another year. Josh was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Western Rooter!
