Very efficient, great communication, and through. Had them do yard cleanup, and add retaining walls to tier the backyard. Also retaining wall and brick a small patio and they did a great job.

Nicolas and his team provided outstanding emergency response and service! I called Nicolas late on Saturday (9:30pm) regarding a severely damaged, dangling Monterey Cypress branch that posed a safety risk to pedestrians. He and his team arrived on-site first thing Sunday (6:30am). They removed the hazard safely, offered a very reasonable price and completely cleaned up the area. He was very responsive came out the same day. Talked about what I wanted and agreed on a price. I asked for a photo of what we discussed since i had not seen it before and after many photos of what i didn't want he finally sent me a photo of what it would look like and i was happy to see we agreed on the result of the fence. when i texted to ask his availability the following week no response. BTW his license is only for trees not fences so i was being precautions with my questions which i think caused annoyance and call me picky with i responded is i'm just confused not seeing a photo to make sure we are discussing the same thing. too bad.
