Within one hour Steve the technician came out and fixed our home ac !! Very professional and knowledgeable highly recommend

Scott and Eli were on time and took us through the process step by step and explained what needed to be done and what it would cost before performing the work! They were done in a timely manner and very professional! If I could give ten stars I would!!

I trust them implicitly with my HVAC units. We wouldn't use anyone else. They are very reasonably priced and dependable.

Art Delgado was a huge help in giving more information for replacing a new Hvac system. Knows very good Spanish and English. Couldnt ask for a better tech. Give Central Valley air conditioning in Atwater California a call!

My AC unit needed replacing, and I was able to get someone to come by the next day for an estimate. Great service, and very responsive staff.

Scott did an amazing job. He was friendly, on time and cleaned up after his mess. The best part about his work was that he did exactly what he said he was going to do and then some. Steve was very professional. He called with status of my blower wheel, notified of change order, and answered any question I had. I would recomend to anyone and would be using them again for regular maintenance.

Our a/c unit died in the hottest week of the year. Central Valley Air Conditioning was quick and staff were very professional. They redid the defunct duct work that was installed poorly by the builder and now every inch of our house gets air. Thank you!

Steve and Scott did a fantastic job of installing a new water heater and air conditioner/heater unit for our home. Pricing was very competitive, service was fast and friendly. You can tell that they take pride in their work as they are very meticulous. We will be using them for maintenance and future projects.

As a property manager in Merced, I was so stressed that tenant reported AC down in this hot hot summer. I called whole bunch of HVAC companies and Central Valley Air Conditioning is the only one who quickly scheduled me for an appointment one day after. And later they called me when there is a cancellation and scheduled me even earlier. Right on that day, another house’s tenant called in late night reporting the AC is down (you can imagine how stressed I was), I knew that those vendors I called earlier can only available for next week, so I talked to Cental Valley AC asking if they can squeeze my second house in since it is not too far from the first house. They were so nice and supportive, their technician swing by after they fixed my first house and got the second house fixed same morning. All my tenants they have kids and were suffered without AC, but fortunately I found a new HVAC partner in town. They are trustworthy, reliable on time, and most importantly they tried best to help! I strongly recommend Cental Valley AC and will have a peace of mind for this summer with their help.

Five star service‼️ a few years ago my mini split AC went out in my room. The company I used in the past said it was a three week wait for a new AC unit. I saw an ad for Central Valley Air and called Steve, not only did I save over $500 from the other company but my new unit also came with a heater, controls to turn on and off my unit when I’m out.
What really set Central Valley apart was our main unit AC thermostat had some issues. I called Steve and he gave me some tips to try prior to him arriving. That being said he saved me money with his honesty. I wish I had known about Central Valley Air prior to purchasing our main home AC..

Wanted to share what a great experience we had with Central Valley AC. In the midst of a heat wave, our AC stopped working. These folks offered the fastest response time and the work was quickly performed. Later that day our issue resurfaced and they quickly returned same day and got us working perfectly. Very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable service is hard to come by especially during a heat wave. These folks are my new go to and look forward to working with them again!

Had them come out and look at my air conditioner. The gentleman that came was very nice and explained what he was going to do for the repair. I will definitely be calling them again if I any issues with my air conditioner.

This is the second time I call on Central Valley Air conditioning. The first time was to complete routine maintenance. This time was to replace a drain pan. In both instances Art was the technician, I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He arrived at the agreed time, completed his work and provided me with information and details about what was completed. Leslie who works in their office is incredibly helpful, she follows through quickly and with attention to details. I am extremely pleased with the service, responsiveness, and professionalism from both Leslie and Art. I will definitely continue to call on them for my future air conditioning needs.

During one of the hottest days, I experienced an a/c problem. Central Valley Air Conditioning was able to accommodate my emergent situation in an extremely timely manner. So happy with their service! Highly recommend!!!

When I called in, Andrea answered and immediately set up a service appointment to evaluate our unit. She followed up on every question, call, email, and concern I had! Andrea is awesome! Next, the thorough review of the unit, and an estimate of repairs/ work order… we chose our option and we were ready to get it done!
Once the team of Joe, Mark, and Gelacio came out and performed the install, the work was complete that day! They are all professional, courteous, and work in a timely manner! I am so thankful we chose Central Valley Air Conditioning! Our home is nice and cool and we are grateful ! 🙌

After several attempts at reaching out to numerous vendors, Central Valley Air Conditioning was the first to respond. I spoke with Leslie, who was very courteous and understanding, she was able to get us on schedule within 48 hours. Technician, Arturo Delgado, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and experienced. The 2 work orders were for a senior site, and they responded accordingly by rearranging their schedule. They personally went to the manufacturer to pick up 2 blower motors and installed them by 3:30pm the same day. This was a great experience with one of the most professional Hvac companies have come in contact with. I recommend them to anybody.
