We had maintenance done on 2 regular AC systems and minisplit system. We also had a pre-remodel consult to discuss inreasing HVAC capacity of our smaller dwelling. Both Nathan and Jay were incredibly professional, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We did not feel pressure to buy anything and felt they were coming up w/the best low cost, most effecient plan for us. We were really very satisfied with Empire and will certainly continue to use them for our HVAC needs from here on out.

Always Super kind, always very helpful. The technicians are so knowledgeable and friendly, they are very hard workers. Our apartment complex trusts them to do any type of heating and air job!

Oct 23, 2023- Dave from Empire Heating and Air was here doing maintenance on our Heating and Air System that he installed 2 years ago. Such a nice guy, courteous and fast. I just Love Empire Heating and Air.
Empire Heating and Air Conditioning are the best HVAC Business I've ever used. Jay, And Davey are sweet and professional, timely courteous. They explain everything they will do plus. Treacy is wonderful and came here to put the new filters in that worked better with our new system. We signed the proposal on Sunday and had our new system in on Friday. We have had our system since June 11, this year 2021. Wonderfully good people and a blessing from God. Thank you so very much for keeping us Cool during this heat wave. I sure hope I got Dave's name right. And Thank you to Pat and Dr. George for telling us about Empire Heating and Air.

Fantastic service and excellent help when we installed our replacement A/C unit. We reviewed the whole system and figured out what changes need to be made, and several different options were presented to us with pros and cons of each. Highly recommend!

Amazing! - That is Empire Heating and Air Conditioning in one word. I was very pleased with their timing, professionalism and friendliness when they installed a new HVAC a couple of years ago. No hard sells - just the necessary information to make a decision.

Then something was wrong yesterday...right as we hit a major heat wave. I came home from being out of town and it was obvious that the HVAC wasn't working. I called Empire and they rewarded me with being their customer by getting someone out on the next day - a weekend. Mason arrived within the window given and was professional, friendly and quick! We were back up and cooling within less than a half hour! Amazing!

I have dealt with several HVAC maintenance providers as well as the original HVAC installation company for my 14 year old home. Many in my neighborhood have had issues with the original systems installed. Empire is the first to provide sufficient clear information on my choices and then to step back and allow me to make my own decision. Their work was professional, the guys polite and lighthearted and their honesty and straightforwardness when I asked a question gave me confidence in my decision. I decided to replace my existing system, which had cost me thousands of dollars over the years, and am extremely pleased with my new system. I feel like everyone at Empire was focused on my job. I highly recommend Empire, especially if you are having problems or feel like you are getting the run-around from some other vendor.

The technician (Bryan) was excellent and was able to diagnose and restore our Fujitsu Airstage within hours of his arrival. He actually went the extra mile and stayed until everything checked out (he deserves a pay bump). I couldn't ask for better service and I will recommend Empire to anyone who asks!

Irritated customer. I have a noisy motor in a gree air handler, mize guys staff asked for a video of the sound to diagnose the issue before scheduled a service call. They stated it would be $99 for a service call to verify. Cool didn’t think anything of it. Well their tech shows up, looked at my ac unit for less than 5 seconds, didn’t even open the unit, and then proceed to charge me for a service call and diagnostic fee totaling $258. A day later they called me with the quote to replace the motor that was $1519. I paid $1800 for the entire three zone system 8 years ago. Ordered the parts to do the repair myself for $63, support bearing and motor. I have no idea what they were doing to justify a $1500 repair bill on an air handler I can order brand new for $215. Other than that they were very responsive and nice. Please have your office staff inform customers of diagnostic fees or better yet include them in your service call fee. I feel very ripped off for less than 10 mins of your techs time. Lesson learned.
