My apartment complex claimed that the carpet had serious stains and that the cleaning wasn’t done properly. The apartment complex seemed to be trying to take advantage of me, but I asked for photos of the carpet. What I received showed only normal wear and tear, and one image had a minor discoloration that was hardly noticeable, about the size of a quarter. We sadly did not have a good experience with this company. They originally quoted our entire job for $210, but when they showed up suddenly the price went up to $1,150? We had been correct with our original measurements so I don't understand why the price went up 5x And it wasn't even a deep cleaning! See photos attached, the cleaning was... fine? But not $1,150 worth clean, as there are still some stains. And now that my husband is trying to ask them about the price difference they suddenly are ignoring our calls. I suggest if they come to your home, be prepared for a big price increase and maybe ask them why (like we should have). :(
