I stumbled across Joe on a web search and am very glad I did. Joe responded promptly to my request for information and ended up scheduling an appointment to come out and clean my tile.

On the cleaning he did a fantastic job. Joe is very knowledgeable in this area and guided me clearly on what I needed. He is a really efficient and hard worker. I am impressed by the quality of his work.

Joe's pricing is reasonable for the job completed. I will definitely be using his services again.

I sent pictures and dimensions of my pool to Joe and quickly received an estimate range. when I scheduled Joe was very responsive and showed up on time. We walked the pool and discussed the areas that I wanted particular attention given to. Joe's final price quote was right in the middle of his estimate range. The work was done before I got home from work and I was happy (my wife was even happier when she got home). It turned out better than we anticipated. A true case of under promise and over deliver! I am recommending Specialty Aquatic Tile Cleaning to my pool owner friends!

Joe does a fantastic job. Our pool had calcium buildup from over 10 years of use, his job was even more difficult because we had black tile around the edge of pool which shows everything, Joe took his time and did an amazing job, the tile came out looking really good. He was not in a rush and paided attention to the detail , he showed up on time and he gave us a very reasonable price. If you need your pool tile cleaned call Joe and you won't be disappointed.

Joe did an amazing job cleaning my fountain tiles. He was very careful with his work so that the tiles will not crumble and he was very thoughtful in making sure that the area was cleaned up before he left.

I had Joe come back to seal my tiles. AGAIN, excellent service and he makes sure he delivers quality work. I am very happy with their customer service.

Our experience with Specialty Aquatic Tile Cleaning was outstanding. Joe is a real professional. His work on the waterline tiles restored them to new. (8 yrs old in a salt pool. The calcium line was extremely heavy). He also saved our stack stone which had severely deteriorated due to a lack of proper sealer. Everything looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

I'll keep this short and sweet. Joe showed up, got to work and my tiles are sparkling new. He was very personable and took the time to answer all of my questions. My tiles are like new and I'm ready for summer! Money well spent.

Today, at approximately 4:50 pm. I was driving on the 210 Eastbound freeway.
I was attempting to change lanes from #3 to #2. I had signaled my intention to change lanes and had sufficient space to safely merge. However, the driver of a vehicle clearly marked with Specialty Aquatic Tile Cleaning intentionally accelerated to prevent me from entering the lane.

Following this unsafe maneuver, the driver of the Specialty Aquatic Tile Cleaning vehicle then made an obscene gesture (flipped me off) through their window.

This behavior is concerning for several reasons:
* Safety: The driver's deliberate acceleration to prevent a safe lane change created a potentially dangerous situation. Such actions can lead to accidents.
* Professionalism: As a representative of Specialty Aquatic Tile Cleaning, the driver's aggressive behavior and use of an obscene gesture reflect poorly on the company's image and values.
* Road Rage: This type of behavior contributes to a hostile driving environment and is unacceptable from any driver, especially one operating a company vehicle.

I request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action to address the driver's unsafe and unprofessional conduct. I believe that drivers operating company vehicles should be held to a high standard of behavior and professionalism on the road.

After building a brand new pool 2.5 years back, I noticed on Day 2 build up of white calcium on the black tile. The pool looked gorgeous and i trusted my pool builder completely. That was to say, a real bad decision. Several checks later by several pool professionals including pool service folks, i learnt that the pool builder got me cheap black tiles that were not pool grade, not even outdoor grade. Till date the pool builder has run off and not even shown me the tile bills for warranty. The pool builder was a cheat and skimmed me off on the black tiles and shoddy job.

Anyway, long story short this white calcium hardened and no chemical in the market, advertised, in any home store, DIY could help. My pool guy did a weekly clean but the white buildup never went away. In my search on Google out of absolute luck I chanced upon Specialty Aquatic Tile Cleaning and gave them a call. Joe answered and was very professional from the get go. He asked for pictures, once received estimated. Gave me a time, was prompt to arrive on time, surveyed the situation - confirmed they were not pool grade; but he could do his best to remove all the hardened calcium.

It was one of the best decisions, Joe was professional, on time and kept me informed all the time during the work. He did an amazing job, kept the pool and the property extremely clean. Used extremely pool friendly PH balanced material and did one of the most amazing jobs I have ever seen. He virtually restored my tiles back to the condition they were on day 1.

I’m updating my review to 4 stars because the team did a great job resolving my concerns. The branch genuinely seems to care about their work, and I just want to offer some constructive feedback. My previous experience with carpet cleaning was not what I expected, but I’ve had positive experiences in the past. I appreciate how hard the team is working to overcome challenges, especially considering the ongoing labor shortages we’ve all faced since the pandemic.

Cesar provided us with a fantastic piece of carpet remnant for our enclosed trailer. Following Cesar's advice on how to cut it proved to be very effective. I couldn't have found a better deal for such a high-quality piece of carpet in Azusa! A very happy client indeed!
