Poor customer service and calendar management. They need to hire an admin. Scheduled a cleaning for a morning time frame of 8-12, 4 days prior since the rep said that day and time was available. Fast forward to the day of, get a call from Andy around 9:20am that they double booked and had to push my time frame to the afternoon. My bf works 16 hour days and sleeps in the afternoon, hence why I chose the morning slot. This company is unreliable! Book at your own risk! Also when you call their number it has music doesn’t ring just has music, so you are left to think, am I getting through, do I wait till someone answers. I included a pic of the time they called, they supposedly open at 8am but it took them an hour and 20 mins to figure out they double booked!

A family owned business. Arturo texted me he was running 15 minutes late. As a senior citizen...communicating with a client is important. We had some spotting from our canine friends throwing up and not taking it all out. Fortunately Arturo was able to and so we added a spray over of Scotchguard as a little insurance for the next year. This is a really good business with excellent service...definitely would refer it to friends and neighbors.

Very personable, yet professional. I asked for same day, I know that's impossible sometimes, but they made it happen. They take their time to make sure the job is done right. They don't cut any corners. My carpet looked great, smelled great, stains were gone, wife was happy! What more could I ask for. I will definitely use this service again!

Artie is amazing!!! Not only did he clean our carpets, he removed a bunch of pet stains, candle wax, and a rust stain in our living room. Artie showed up on time and called us an hour before showing up. I will be having Artie from 5 Star Clean back every 6 months to clean our carpets.

Five Star appeared on my Google search. I read the reviews in addition to Yelp reviews. I was very pleased that his work is true to his reviews. Artie was very prompt in responding to my inquiry. I have a dog, she's had some accidents so I wanted to get rid of the urine smell. Artie got the job done!!!! He's prompt, professional & courteous. I won't hesitate to use him again & refer him to friends and family.

Geovany from five star clean did a great job on sofas and carpet.
My mother doesn't speak English so I researched for her and spoke with a few companies.
Arturo the owner was the most honest and very cool to speak with. The price he estimated over the phone was very close to the final price within reason. Didn't try to take advantage and the service was all professional.
Geovany recommended only what we actually needed and even removed some items on the bill which we didnt need

Best service I've ever had. My carpets are off white! Please don't ask me why! But having 3 boys and a grandson you would think the stains on that carpet where un removable! But after Five Star Clean " Arturo" was finished I was totally wowed!!!!! I'm a forever customer!

I don't normally write reviews, but hands down Five Star Clean works wonders. I have two kids at home, so you could imagine the disaster my carpet has become. From crayon and marker stains, to mystery stains and Five Star Clean managed to clean it spotless! It was like magic. Not only my carpets but my tile floors as well! Five Star Clean cleaned my carpet to perfection. My carpet heavy traffic areas were very dirty and I had a lot of urine stains and the odor was pretty strong. The urine scent was completely eliminated and the stains were gone. I’m very happy with the service and recommend to anyone. I am now a loyal customer.
