I'm not satisfied with the services I received. The employees did their best but they cannot do their job with faulty equipment. Stanley Steamer advertises steam cleaning. They say their temperatures start at 150 degrees up to 210, depending on the fabric. However, our experience was that the water was barely warm at 110 degrees...and felt cold coming oit of the machine. My whole reason to hire them was because I wanted steam/ HOT water cleaning. I questioned the office about it, and they did send a different truck, however that water was even cooler at barely 90 degrees. So I paid a lot of money to have my couch, carpet and floors washed with cold water. 😑
In regard to the office, one manager I spoke with was rude and dismissive. When I explained the situation, at one point, she actually scoffed at me, mockingly repeating something I said to her. To the point that I said to her, "I'm not an idiot", I understand that things happen. Also, I was told the owner would call the following business day, but he did not.
Overall, the workers were pleasent and gave real effort to remedy the issues. The management was poor and reflective of their attitude towards their customers...which is, We can't do the job we promised but pay us anyway. "

I had my heating and air system ducts cleaned. I couldn’t be more pleased. Steven came on time, worked fast and carefully. Was kind and courteous and knew what he was doing. He changed the filter without asking. He vacuumed my entire home, moved everything back where it was. I had dusted the day before so I could tell if there was a difference for the following day. I didn’t even have to dust again when he left. Excellent job

I am thrilled with my travertine floor! The two men that came to do the job were respectful, polite and hard workers. I have very light travertine, it was a mess before they came! It looks like a new floor! Thank you! Thank you!

My First contact was with Beverly, the receptionist. It was so refreshing to actually talk to real person that spoke English! She was very helpful, kind, friendly, an asset to the Company because she is the first person I talked to regarding the work I needed done in my home. I hope she gets a big Christmas bonus! Truly an asset! Thank you Beverly!

Curtis was amazing. He came in and I walked him through the house and showed him the vents and he got to work. He did a great job with the cleanup and work process. I even had him shampoo some spots in front of the tv.He answered all my questions. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer. They do more then just vents. I definitely will use them in the future . I had the absolute best experience with Matthew Gonzalez from Stanley Steemer! From the start, he provided incredible service — walking me through the entire process, explaining what stains might remain and why, and giving tips on how to prevent them in the future. He was patient, professional, and very intuitive in his approach.

After the cleaning, I noticed a small stain I hadn’t seen earlier. I called, and thanks to Lizzett at the front desk, the issue was handled immediately. She went above and beyond by contacting the dispatcher who had just been at my house, and Matthew came back right away with a big smile to take care of it. That level of customer care is so rare — most companies stop caring once they’ve been paid, but not Stanley Steemer.

The entire team truly values customer satisfaction, and it shows. They did an incredible job, and I was so impressed that I even requested a quote for my air-conditioning vent cleaning — which I’ll definitely be scheduling next!

If you’re looking for excellent service, ask for Matthew Gonzalez and give credit to Lizzett as well. They both made this such a positive experience, and I’ll for sure be coming back.

I had the unfortunate situation in that, my pup caught a bug, had stomach issues, and this lead to gnarly diarrhea in multiple rooms in the house. I reached out to The Carpet Cleaner for help, and they scheduled a same day appointment, were on time, and did an amazing job with the house. After Fabio (the owner) finished cleaning there wasn't a remnant of a problem.

A few weeks later, I decided to have my couch cleaned, and I reached out to Fabio again. Once again, he was able to schedule a prompt appointment, he showed up on time, and did a great job on my couch. --The couch looks new!

I'm very happy with the level service of service that Fabio provides. I plan on using The Carpet Cleaner for all of my future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
