Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The service technicians, Mateo and Patricio, were professional, helpful, & friendly. They really went above & beyond. They cleaned a sealed the concrete floors of a loft in Long Beach - making them look new. They were very detailed, making sure to get edges & corners so everything sparkled. The gentleman who performed the service were wonderful — worked hard, did a good job and were respectful. However, as a 20 year customer, I was extremely disappointed in the service department. While I understand the workers had reasons to be more than an hour late, I did not receive a call from the service dept and I had to call them twice. Very disappointing and unfair to the people who did good work.

Anthony’s work was A+. He was professional, polite and very informative. I never got a full sectional cleaned and then protected so it felt a lil on the high side for price. However I look at it as a way to protect the investment of our sectional. The ease of booking and service made the price easier to appreciate.

Fantastic results. I was super surprised at the removal of calcium on the glass tile. Every thing looks like the day it was installed.

Victor and Charlie were prompt, professional, and incredibly hard working. Cleaning the tile was one of the last steps in my renovation process and they were so careful with the new paint, carpet, and woodwork. They were communicative about each step of the process and let me know exactly how to treat all the newly cleaned surfaces. Everything looks beautiful… especially my marble vanity and tile floors. Manny was also very helpful in the planning process and even referenced the square footage of the work done with the company ten years ago so that I did not need an extra visit for an estimate. Alex is a terrific employee and takes pride in his work, unfortunately he was scheduled to clean a 4 bedroom home at 4pm. A whole house carpet cleaning should be scheduled in the morning when the technician is not worn out from prior customers, as was evident the last rooms were not not nearly as clean as the first rooms.

Anthony was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Anthony explained all the steps he would be doing to get my stained and dirty carpet looking great again. From pretreating, through the cleaning and deodorizing stage to protecting + the information on how to keep it looking great longer.. I am really happy with the results.

Omg! Stanley Steamer is the best option to get your carpets clean!
I was crazy going anywhere else in the past. Kyle and David did an INCREDIBLE job. Their supervisor even passed by to lend a hand. My carpeting is taupe. It was installed back in the 70s. My carpeting is CLEAN now. It really is. I've used competitively priced alternative cleaning companies in the past. Big mistake. Your wasting your money unless you get Stanley Steamer. Their prices are absolutely fair. There is no upselling like ALL the other companies. They even move stuff, get the area clean, then move the stuff back with little plastic squares uner the feet so the newly cleaned carpeting stays clean.
Amazing. I love this cleaning service. I don't know if all service men are as great as Kyle and David, the supervisor was awesome too, I have the feeling they are all part of an outstanding team. I feel like I got the most awesome service today.

Great team work. Never took a break and never stopped until finished. We were very impressed with their knowledge. They were very pleasant young men. If we ever need Stanley Steemer again...we definitely will ask for Kyle and Victor. They did a fabulous job! 5 Star plus!!

Nick arrived on time and set up quickly. He spent so much time and effort to thoroughly clean and deodorize our space. You can really tell Nick takes care and takes pride in his work to really give people the best customer experience. We are very thankful for his hard work and spectacular work!

The techs arrived on time, and explained the process of cleaning my carpets. The techs were fast and efficient. They especially careful when they used the spot remover. Upon completion they explained approx how long it would take the carpet to dry. The techs were very polite and professional. Kudos to Stanley Steamer!!!
