Built Right home inspections is who I completely trust for my clients. Had good experiences with all their inspectors but Charles Wright stands out with all of his construction knowledge and how he completely explains the issues to my clients.....the reports are second to none with easy to understand pictures and explanations and even videos on some items.

We are buying a newly built home, so we wanted a professional to look it over for us. Brad at Built Right did a great job of checking out the home and noting all the minor problems the builder needed to correct. It would have been very time-consuming and irritating for us to find all the small imperfections on our own and ask the builder to fix them. It was also reassuring to know that there were no major problems with our newly built home.

Built Right Home Inspection is awesome!! Our inspector, Charlie was so kind and professional. He knew all the current codes and worked hard to inspect every inch of the home we intend to buy. He took pictures of all the potential problems the home could have if they are not taken care of. He took the time to go over every potential problem with us and explained how we could fix it. They will email you the report of the Inspection. Charlie even wore booties over his shoes so he would not bring dirt on the new carpet!! That was so considerate. Built Right treats the inspection of your home as their home. I would definitely recommend Built Right Home Inspection. On top of the great service, they give you a book, "Built Right Home Inspection's Ultimate Home Book--- a guide to operating your home." This book is amazing. It is full of instructions and pictures of how to deal with clogged toilets to caring for pipes--just to name a couple of items in it. It is instructive and on top of all that you get a 90 day structural and mechanical warranty, protection for your roof for 5 years, and a service called Recall Check. This is where you can register all your home appliances and Built Right will notify you if there is a recall on your appliance, They are amazing, have wonderful customer service, and I would say use them for all your home inspections!!

Jason arrived on time and went right to work. He was enthusiastic and after his inspection showed us images of everything he saw, good or bad. Polite, thorough and completely committed to letting us know at all times what was going on. The final report which was emailed was complete with images and explanations and where warranted included suggestions for repairs. Outstanding!

I found Built Right Home Inspection to be very thorough in their assessment of the property I am currently trying to purchase. They took their time, and then took the time to go over their findings with me and my realtor. They were kind, and said thank you for your business. During the whole experience I felt like they cared about my future purchase, and wanted me to know what was wrong and right with the house so I could make the best decision for my family. I would use them again in the future most definately. Also, they sent me my detailed report by the end of the day with detailed pictures and descriptions to help me as well.

Brad was extremely thorough with the house inspection and has helped us become more informed home buyers. We needed an official report of the conditions our landlord had our home in. We chose Built Right Home Inspection because we called several different home inspectors, and Built Right was the only company that answered the phone professionally, helpfully, and had someone available for us almost immediately. All the other companies didn't have an appointment available for several days.

Bradley inspected our home and did an amazing job. He arrived at the exact time of our appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable. He took his time inspecting every single aspect of our home and testing for hundreds of different molds. The report he provided us was extremely thorough, and included photos of everything needing improvements. It was exactly what we needed for our attorney to prosecute our landlord for forcing us to live in unlivable conditions. We will absolutely be using Built Right before moving into our next home, and we recommend them to everyone needing home inspection services.

Their services are top notch. The inspector took as much time as I needed, and didn't rush the overview of his observations. He explained the major systems (electrical, water, cable, gas, lighting, pool etc.) in layman's terms that I could easily understand. He went above and beyond to give me information on general home maintenance that would help me keep my new home in good working order. He was extremely professional and personable. Brian is professional, and responsive. I want to mention specific service which I didn’t see from other inspector. That is heat sensor (with display of color spectrum of different temperatures) . With that, he was able to easily identify a water leak from roof. That was very helpful and otherwise would have taken long time to detect.

He is very responsive. I have requested small change in the report and he immediately updated and sent new copy to me.

Romero Construction does excellent work for a fair price. They show up when they say they will and can do carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete. They don’t need to hire sub-contractors to finish a job and the delay and cost of that. Nice prople too.

I used McKee Construction on a residential property since it had a plethora of issues with plumbing, framing and electrical. Not only was I able to use ONE company for my entire remodel needs and not have to call 3-6 different contractors. I love being able to have one contractor on the job from start to finish and he’s able to save me money and time. Plus since remodeling is stressful, his experience makes it easy and reassuring!
