ProRestoration came to our rescue when we had 6 weeks worth of water damage to our home while out of town. They were patient and friendly as we worked through the questions and entire process with both our insurance company and ProRestoration. They also took care of additional remodeling we decided to have completed at the same time our water damage was repaired. Jack, Joe, Shaina & Carlos were friendly, thorough and on top of everything during the 3-4 months repair/remodeling process. GOOOOO TEAM!!

In 2019, my house had a fire incident that left significant damage in the kitchen mainly as you can see in the photo taken by my camera and the whole house. Jack Prorestoration Company promptly responded to my call, assessed the situation, and provided a detailed estimate of the repair costs. They communicated with my insurance company and helped me navigate the process of filing a claim. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they worked tirelessly to restore my house to its original state. The result was outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with their work.
More recently, in March 2023, I had a leak in my ceiling that required urgent repair. This time, I decided to pay out of pocket, and I immediately thought of Jack Prorestoration Company. Once again, they didn't disappoint. They promptly arrived at my house, assessed the damage, and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. The repair work was done efficiently and effectively, and the team even took the time to explain to me what caused the leak and how to prevent it from happening again.

I had a major leak at a rental property. Both the kitchen and bathroom had to be ripped out, treated for asbestos, then rebuilt. Pro Restoration was able to coordinate with my insurance, other contractors for the mold remediation, then rebuild it and make it brand new! I definitely would recommend them to any family or friends. I will use them again in the future for any restoration service that comes up.,

We had water damage due to a broken water pipe in a wall. Pro Restoration saved us! They took charge of several crews who came into our home to refinish damaged cabinets, replace soggy carpeting, repaint ceilings and walls and then put everything back again perfectly! I had mold in my kitchen, water heater closet, and upstairs bathroom and had to rip everything out and start over. ProRestoration did a good job eradicating the mold and professionally restoring the drywall. There was an issue with an unsealed pipe leaking in the upstairs bathroom after the new flooring and drywall had been finished. I called them and they took care of the mistake and replaced what was damaged at no additional cost. The work took longer than estimated, but that has happened with every construction/remodel job I have personally witnessed. They also sub-contract so you might want to get comparison quotes on the remodel part of the job after they take care of the damage/mold. However, I choose to have them handle most of the remodel and they did a very good job with it. They were professional and understanding throughout the entire experience. They are committed to customer satisfaction and took care of any concerns that I had. I highly recommend them for any water damage or mold issue you are dealing with.

Pro Restoration was assigned to our property and we couldn't be any happier. Office communication was key, yet the workman ship of our cabinets was very nice. The installers were two hard working individuals who were very professional, respectful and most importantly worked hard to keep on schedule- yet not rushed. We had a pipe in the kitchen leak. Rick came out right away, assessed the damage & started drying out our house. He was kind and reassuring. Rick gave us good advice on the order in which to proceed. I called a plumber to come out. Rick told me what to have the plumber do before he left for the day. The plumber arrived a few minutes later. Then Rick was at the door a few minutes after that. He saw the plumbing van on the road & turned around to talk to the plumber himself!!! That was amazing service!! We would highly recommend ProRestoration Sevices!
