In 2024 I had a water damage that effected five areas in my home. We called our insurance and pro restoration was on the list. The staff was so helpful throughout the entire process. Whenever, I was concerned or had questions about the process Jack was very informative. The guys that demo were very clean and quick. I would definitely recommend and use Pro Restoration for any fire, water and mold restoration.

We have used ProRestoration a couple times they provide a variety of different service first time we used was for flooding of our laundry room cam out replaced floors and walls and made sure no mold. We have also used them for carpet cleaning and will be calling long them again to come out and tear up our floors and lay down new flooring an amazing company and will continue to use.

ProRestoration was very helpful the whole way through the process of mitigation. After calling them, they showed up within the hour and was able to explain how everything would work with insurance and begin to remove water damaged kitchen. Shana and Angie were very helpful in explaining how the insurance process would work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Richard and Jared are two of the most professional persons I have ever dealt with. Both going above and beyond what was expected. Richard completely informed us of what the process was and help us navigate our concerns with great care. I am greatly appreciative of having been referred to ProRestorstion and will gladly recommend them to any one in need of their service.

Pro restoration was amazing at getting out to us in such a short notice!! They came in with nothing but professionalism and knowledge in mitigating the mold problem that we had!!! Great fast service. This is my first time filing a claim. A toilet supply line burst. Rick came out within an hour of filling said claim. Rick was very polite and professional. He explained the whole process. He started, worked efficiently and cleaned up. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

ProRestoration did such an amazing job of coming to the rescue when I had a water leak in a wall of my home. We called and the owner Jack was out within hours of calling. They found where the leak was so we could show a plumber where to look. The plumber fix the leak. The next day the team Jarod and Brandon led by Richard were quick and efficient. They removed all the damage material and set up dryers. The company worked with my home owners insurance like a hand in a glove. They did such a great job on the clean up with communication and efficiency that I am also using this company for the repair work after the water clean up and drying. My house is coming back together as good as new.

These folks are just exceptional. Shana manages the work extremely well remotely and is easy to work with. Angie supports her with communication with the Insurance company. Every one of their field staff are professional, experienced and get the job done. Above all they clean up well after themselves as good as my housekeeper. This was a major job understaking of restoring my kitchen after major water damage. But with the grace of God and the support of Pro Restoration it was accomplished. Have not met a female ( not being racist) as good as Shana in what is normally a man's role. She just blew me away with the tremendous knowledge she has about restoration. If I was building my house would make her my General contractor:-).
