Totally impressed and 100% relieved!! Ivan took care of the electrical problem in half of our home with 15 minutes of walking in! After we were told by another electrician last week that we had major issues and talked about possibly having to knock down walls to find the problem.. The home warranty company assigned CORE to help us with an electrical problem in our kitchen. We were given a same day appointment within a four hour window. I appreciated getting an “I’m on my way” call. The electrician (Ivan? Sorry not to remember) was polite, efficient, and patient while explaining what caused the problem. He worked methodically and efficiently; problem fixed. Good experience start to finish.

Bryan was a total rockstar and fixed what 3 others couldn’t! And timely! He was professional and personable and I would 100% do business with him them again!

Totally satisfied with the work Ivan did on my ceiling fan… very professional and explained what he was doing to fix the fan. He offered to change the whole unit (for a small fee), and I didn’t feel pressured to do so.

Highly recommend Ivan with Core Electric! He came out right away when other electricians were going to be a few days. He figured out the issue with our GFCI and water heater, changed out the GFCI, and also took the time to explain things regarding the GFCI. Will definitely use Core Electric if we need to in the future!

Our dryer was producing a burning smell and we realized it was the power outlet. Our home warranty company called Core Electric and the electricians were out 2 days later.

They immediately located the cause of the problem and it took them less than 10 minutes to fix it. The burning smell was the dryer's power cord, which was melting and all messed up because the line wasn't grounded (or something like that, I can't recall the exact verbiage).

But the electricians were very nice, extremely professional, and they answered all my questions in a way I could understand. 10/10 recommend.

We are very happy with our experience with Core Electric. We had Ivan install two small chandeliers in our entry way and three pendants in our kitchen area. He is prompt, professional, neat and affordable. We are looking forward to more help with updating our home.

I am very impressed with core electric!!! Ivan went above and beyond anything I expected, he actually climbed up on the roof like spider man and made sure all the connections on my a/c were secure and connected right after he installed an electrical breaker and a/c wouldn’t work. After that a/c worked fine. Thank you Ivan and thank you core electric. 😎

I'm sure glad I found Ivan with Core Electric. He was able to schedule us in same day. Diagnosed our issue and made the needed repairs to get us back to normal. Also made some highly knowledgeable recommendations to convert florescent lights that are an absolute pain and continue to burn out repeatedly! We'll be switching them to LED soon.

Brian the electrician was very professional! Understood that we needed him to wait an additional 24 minutes before turning off the electricity due to my son who is on home "dialysis" which he needed to complete before he could disconnect.

Professional, polite, easy to work with. Ivan came out and thoroughly addressed the electrical problems we had in our kitchen. He explained clearly what he was doing. He tried multiple strategies to resolve the problem. When something else came up after he was finished and had left, he came back and quickly fixed that too!
