After speaking with Hector of Briceno Electric, he came out to my house to install an outdoor electrical outlet in my dog runner so that I could connect my swamp cooler. The installation was professionally done with a GFCI outlet and outlet cover. He gave me the option of running conduit on the outside of the wall or having the wiring done inside the drywall, and I ended up choosing the outside conduit. If you're looking for an electrician that is transparent and does great work give him a call.

Ivan did a great job fixing a fan in our attic. He helped us out since American Home Shield wouldn't cover the fan repair.

11/21/2018 Poor customer service, Ivan did not Diagnose the problem, he just verbally said that we had a tear down the interior walls in order to get to the electrical issue which was not true. In addition, Ivan did not give me an written invoice or receipt for the payment he took. I had an extremely poor experience with Core Electric, consumer beware!
That same day, I had another electrical company come out to my house and replace two outlets and the Circuit breaker problem.

We have had a near Emergency Situation with lights flickering in different parts of the House and Power going out and coming back on in different rooms. It just keeps getting worse. This Guy Who is the Only one our Insurance would allow to come within is paying up front HAS NEVER EVEN RETURNED A PHONE CALL IN A MONTH PLUS!

It was a pleasure to work with Ivan. This man knows his trade and is very skilled/talented at it. If you need any electricial work big or small call this company before any others. His prices are reasonable and you will always get more than what you paid for!

They can’t even fix simple power outlet on my kitchen. Suggested me that they have to open the walls and do rewiring and telling me that my house is not grounded and telling me to upgrade my safety box for $3000 and make an false report to my warranty causing my warranty to denied to covered the cost.
Opposite on what my home inspector report. I called my electrician and he fixed the problem in less than two hour without opening any walls. 😂 The only problem in the safety box was one of the breaker was loose and my electrician fixed it just by adjusting the clip. Cost me $75 to fix everything. Guess what Home inspector and my electrician reported that all my wiring are in good condition and it’s all grounded.
