they came and did a walk through for a quote. gave me a quite and told me they would be here Monday evening and Monday afternoon they called to cancel. this was a cleaning for a move out and couldn't reschedule as I had to turn key in on Tuesday.

NOT GOOD Very unprofessional and ripped off services. I schedule general cleaning in my apartment for every week first they complain with every thing, but then they ask more and more money to do the general cleaning even on 2nd visit. They gonna try to put the blame for increasing charges on the cleaning lady. Very bad experience.I

We remodeled our entire kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bathroom, closets and pantry. It was a three week process (with tile removal in every room) so you can only imagine the mess. Susy answered her phone promptly scheduled cleaners out the day after we finished the remodel, Saturday. The cleaners did a great job with the level of mess that we had. They cleaned the walls, trim, and floors of the concrete and tile dust. I would recommend them to clean post-construction or on a regular basis.

Susy and her crew are amazing! I needed a deep house clean after having the floors done. Susy came to my residence for a walk through and we scheduled for the day after.

They arrived promptly the day of the job and worked very efficiently. What I am most impressed with is the attention to detail and thoroughness of the cleaning. I called Janitorial Cleaning when the original Cleaner hired could not perform the duties required on our challenging shop flooring we requested. Jerry called me back on that frantic Sunday, he was very professional, showed up when promised from initial appt to completion. Work performed met expectations and was also done in a timely manner. Overall great experience and the floors look amazing!
