I guess they only have one truck because when their truck broke down, I had to wait over a week to get my dumpster picked up again after I loaded it. They did make it up to me and gave me a reduced price for the rental.

Call first even if google says they service your area it might not be true and they’ll just tell you that there’s nothing they could do.

Wow, I was so happy that the team was patiently waiting for me to clear the pass for them to get through the security gate. They had other customers and made sure I was taken care of. They were fast and reliable and communicated with me regarding an earlier available pick up time. I would have given a 5 star review, if only for the scratches in the concrete from the feet/legs dragged across the concrete. Thank you for helping us this day to clear our appliances from our property.

Second time using this company. Had the best experience once again. Josh and Austin where wonderful.. they took a metal shed apart and loaded it with other misc stuff and did not leave a mess. They had everything loaded and area cleaned up in a very short time. I would highly recommend using this company, you do not have to worry about shady people showing up. Employees have always been on time, polite, professional and the men work so well together. I am happy to have a great responsible company in the area to work with

I will not use your service again. The workers were more than 1 hour past the scheduled time. I was previously quoted a price of $198. I was given a coupon for $25 off anything over $100. When I asked if I could use the coupon I was told No, then Yes. I asked him what the balance due was. He first said $194 then $187. The receipt I was emailed was for $198. I expect a business to operate based on their estimates. That didn’t really happen today. Thank you.

Junk King didn’t just haul away my junk — they saved my actual life. I was in imminent danger of becoming a missing person buried somewhere in a geological formation of boxes, mystery bags, and “I’ll deal with that later” piles. These heroes swooped in like the Avengers of clean‑up.

Not only did they clear it all out with lightning speed (over the course of a lunch break AND I still had time to go to Jimmy Johns for a sandwich), they swept my goddamn garage floor. Do you know the last time my garage floor saw a broom? Neither do I. It may have been the late 1900s.

The transformation was so dramatic my new puppy immediately claimed the garage as her personal playroom, zooming around like she was christening the newly discovered continent of Floorlandia.

Hire them. They’re fast, friendly, and clearly part‑time miracle workers. 10/10 would let them rescue me from my own hoarding tendencies again.

I had excellent experience with their service! They had to go around a difficult outdoor path for the refrigerator; the bottom of the hospital bed was awkward and heavy; other items had to go around fences and were falling apart!! A+++

I would have normally given it five stars, but because of the following, I was disappointed at time scheduled, which was supposed to be between 11:00 and 1:00, the drivers arrived two hours earlier. I’m the caregiver for my handicap husband and he was just getting out of bed when they arrived. I was not able to attend to my husband due to the unscheduled interruption. The drivers proceeded to pull into my driveway. I had to tell them to park on the street. My driveway now has several black tire marks. The drivers were nice and worked hard and got everything out.

Truck drivers were awsome but the scheduler did not tell me about their $$$minimum rate
In fact they today me fee was based on weight and how much space item took up in huge truck.
