Company was easy to schedule via a telephone call.. the pickup was arranged the following business day and I was giving a specific time, with 2 hour window, which they kept. I had a limited amount to pick up. I was charged for the minimal amount, and no more. The 2 strong gentlemen were very efficient and courteous.

Photos say it all. A year's worth of junk tossed on the patio removed, cheerfully in summer heat, in less than 45 minutes. Joy!

I have used Junk King several times in the past year to help clear out my parents homes after they passed away. The 2 men who came to help empty my dad’s storage unit in Bakersfield on 8-7-25 were fabulous. Timely, communicative and hard working. I would highly recommend Junk King.

The pick up team was a NO SHOW at the appointment. Make appointment on a Saturday at 3pm. Confirmed twice via email and phone call. Received a phone call at 11am asking if they can come by at 12pm. I said I’m not available till appointment time 3pm. The person on the phone said they will arrive at 3 which they never did. Very disappointed that the service team just decided now to show up.

Very friendly, and professional, explained every step and what to expect. A little high on $$$ but for someone over 70 years old their service was very much appreciated.

The crew was professional, efficient, and handled several heavy items for me, including large cement pieces and dismantling an old hammock that had been difficult to remove.
