Sam and the crew at Sierra Tree LLC are incredible. They have always done consistent and beautiful work on multiple properties. San and his well trained crew always arrive promptly and equipped to trim trees.
The crew is always careful and respectful of property and use caution and careful thinking when they are trimming.
Prices are very reasonable and Sierra Tree is a licensed and bonded tree service .

We've been working on projects with Bakersfield Tree Service for several projects in the past. They're fantastic! They can complete tasks quickly and efficiently. Their portal for customers allows the client to look over the project, make modifications and also accept projects easily. Highly recommend it for all personal or professional needs!

I am incredibly impressed by Cal State Tree Service. First they responded very quickly when I called for a quote. Jesse was very knowledgeable and I felt good listening to what he had to say. We talked about trimming approximately 40 trees and palms and possible cutting some trees. After getting a couple other quotes I decided to go with Cal State, partly because of price but also because I felt good about the company. We were scheduled for a few days later and they provided proof of insurance upon request. The day they came to trim the trees, a crew of 6-8 men arrived. They had a large bucket truck and a dump truck, they had excellent equipment for the job. They quickly got to work and worked hard for 6+ hours. I spoke with different members of the crew and one thing that stood out was their concern for safety. They were all friendly and gave good advice on what the yard needs for the future. When they were done they left our yard incredibly clean and our trees/palms look amazing. To be honest they should have charged more for the service I was given, but they now have a loyal customer and I will be using them for future work.

The crew arrived promptly and did a fantastic job removing 3 trees and grinding the stumps. They are professional! I highly recommend Cal State Tree Services

I used them for both the tree service and the junk removal. A whole crew of guys came out and knocked out the work in a professional manner. They did very nice work and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Due to a 30 year snowstorm and 80 mph wind gusts the trees on our property in the mountains took a horrible beating this winter. Jesse came to the rescue and did an outstanding job with the trees on our property. Jesse returned any calls or texts promptly. We had a windfall pine that was laying on a downhill slope, many widowmakers and limbs on the ground.

The crew took care of everything, including tree trimming and getting rid of any mistletoe. Cal State Tree has some serious equipment to do any tree job. Very impressive, and they are licensed and bonded for peace of mind. I highly recommend Jesse and his crews and will definitely be using them again.

These guys were amazing. Spent all day here during the very hottest day of the year, August 18th. Then, they came back the next morning for an hour to make sure it was perfect. My 59 palm trees have never looked better. They pointed out a couple of dead and dying large plants needing removal, and were able to get that all done. The price quoted was greater than the price they billed me. They are invited to come back again next year! Thanks, Jesse!

I 100% recommend this company! They are extremely responsive and punctual. They will get the job done in an efficient manner, and you will be more than happy with the results. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

They were a no show for an estimate at first but finally came later. They cut down a tree and said they'd put tree killer in it, but months later it was growing back and it took a while to get a response and coordinate them coming back to put more tree killer on it. They finally did that, but the tree is STILL growing. It is shooting up full on huge branches. It is thriving. I haven't contacted them because of how much of a hassle it was the last two times a d I will probably pay someone else to just come remove the stump or something.

They did an great job on my trees. I dealt with Jesse and he was great! Very happy! I’ll be using their service again

Today was a very good day for me! Today’s positive experience is owed to Cal State Tree Service Company for their outstanding workmanship that I was so fortunate to be a part of. To achieve a great work crew there has to exist a great leader as well & his name is Jesse.

My job wasn’t small by any means. I had a huge tree removed with two stumps removed as well. I had a huge amount of different things that needed to be removed from my property & disposed of.

I had stacks & stacks of work with a variety of sharp edges, broken off branches with more sharp edges. One of the young men asked if he could use the wheel barrel to take out tons of wood. Of course I said “Yes,” but at the same time I thought…OMgosh there goes my fairly new wheel barrel. Meaning it would now be all scratched up. I just checked my wheel barrel & do you know I can’t find one scratch. The care & effort put into stacking wood up in that wheel barrel without scratching it was done by a very conscientious person.

I wish I knew the names of the entire crew that were at my house today & performed with exceptional professionalism. Because each one of those young men deserves to be recognized! Each one of those young men treated myself, my property, my belongings with great respect & care as if it were their own family member’s belongings & residence.

I was told to walk my residence to make sure everything had been done & I was happy with the outcome of their efforts. I was told if there was anything else they could help me with that they would be happy to do so.

Jesse the owner came by & checked on my job, he walked my residence, & he made sure I was happy with the results. And he also stated…if there’s anything else you would like removed to let them know & consider it taken care of.

While the crew were hard at work I could feel their positive energy, & the pride in their workmanship I could see & feel surrounding my property. There was no denying that I had chosen the right company for my job at hand. And to know that I didn’t have to search through several other companies in the future for more work that I will need to have done no longer existed.

I now have the confidence & peace of mind that all I have to do is pick up my cell phone & dial Cal State Tree Service Company to get things accomplished. What a relief that has brought into my life knowing I do not have to hope & pray that I could somehow select a company who takes more pride in their job performance than the almighty dollar. And let me tell everyone that’s when you have hit the gold mine in life. When you can find a group of people who are more concerned about your approval & happiness than how much money they can get out of you is one of the best feelings you can ever experience in life. And let me tell you at seventy years of age that’s a rarity in todays world!

The clean up of my property was exceptional. From start to finish this has been an experience I will always remember happily. I do not have one negative thing to say, nor did I experience anything negative. Everything that Cal State Tree Service brought to me on this fine day, & what I experienced was all good!! All positive, happy people, willing to serve others with pride & respect will be found at Cal State Tree Service Company.

Each one of those young men who were at my house today deserve to be recognized by their name. And to be told by me, how much I appreciate what they did for me today.
