They did a good job. We called them on a Monday, they came the same day to quote and they were out there Thursday. They left everything nice and clean and no evidence of there even being a tree there.

Extremely professional, took down 3 very difficult 40 plus feet tall trees at 3 neighbors fence lines including mine and never did any damage to fence gazebo, pools, pool pumps and other neighbors structures. What was great was their attention to detail as far as taking out all roots including some from other trees that they did not have to along with a very reasonable prices,These were trees that a couple of companies would not take down as the liability was high if they did the wrong thing.

They showed up early and waited for me to finish my morning routine without complaining or rushing me. They did all 3 tree removals and stump removals super fast. They were overall efficient and timely. 10/10 would use them again.

We had a big Mulberry tree branch fall on our roof this morning at 1:30 am and Empire Tree Service was able to come in within the hour of contacting them under an emergency service, even after hours, and take care of the fallen branch before it was able to cause more damage, with our kids still asleep upstairs. We are eternally grateful for their speedy response and their help under this stressful time. Will definitely be giving them more business and referring them to everybody I know.

Empire tree service was working on my neighbors tree they were doing such an awesome job I asked for a quote it was more than fair , they had the crew come over the following day did an awesome job I highly recommend!!

Very happy with the service we received from Empire. They are very affordable and did a great job trimming 4 trees. They removed every single branch and twig leaving our yard cleaner than when they arrived. Quick and professional work. I will be calling Empire in the future.

Empire Tree did an excellent job trimming and removing trees for us. Removed 2 palms and an Italian cypress. Also trimmed Japanese elm, 3 Chinese Pistashe, multiple Italian cypress and more. Empire’s price was $1000 less than the other company we spoke with, and the other bid did not include removing one of the trees. Crew was on time, professional and very friendly. Will be using them again.

Professional, courteous, hardworking with expertise you can rely on for all your tree services. I have had many tree services in the past and they are the best. They were on time and flexible when I had to change the date. Erica always response right away when you have questions and Roger really knows his work. They not only cut my trees beautifully, they listened carefully when I made requests and work with me to make sure we have best outcome. They left my yard looking cleaner than they started. Let me just say Eric and Erica were amazing to work with. Eric was doing a quote for my neighbor and was more than willing to come and give me a quote for a tree. The crew came out the next day and trimmed my tree, they did such an amazing job I had them trim the other 2 trees for me. Empire Tree Service have a great team that came and trimmed numerous. They were professional, courteous and very easy to work with. Our yard was left cleaner than when they began the project, we will be using Empire Tree Service again next year for the remainder of our trees. We couldn’t be more happy with the outcome!!

We've hired Empire Tree service twice in the last year for tree trimming and also cutting down 3 large palm trees and grinding out the stumps as we prepared for concrete work. They did a great job and were very efficient as they had a crew that got all of the work done in 1 day. The price was also the best quote that I received from several businesses. Definitely will use them again for tree trimming in the future.
