Let me start by saying - I never leave reviews - but these guys absolutely earned it! Best quoted price out of 3 local tree services. Had a massive tree split in half, one half landed on the house and the other on the fence - these guys we magicians in removing and preventing any further damage. I will never even call another tree service! Extremely diligent in their clean up procedures too ! You would never know a 70’ elm tree had just fallen in my back yard

They do fantastic job. Great service, came 2nd day we called, cut and trimmed many trees in 3 hours, very fast. Everyone is kind and professional. The best service we got!

Not super happy with the tree removal service we received. Yes the tree was removed, but there were a few tree roots that were left, and there was a 4 foot tree log/root that was seemingly shoveled into the hole where the tree used to be, which we found while trying to level the ground back out. They also destroyed my driveway which they were using to chop the logs into smaller pieces and some of the stains haven’t come out despite using a pressure washer. And my side fence also received a good amount of damage as they were hauling tree pieces away, it was left with numerous scratches. They did offer a fair price to remove the tree.

Great job. My trees were really overgrown and they were quick/efficient. Reasonably priced as well. Also cleaned up great afterwards.

I had to get bids to trim several trees for our HOA. Empire came in lowest and they did a great job!

We had Empire Tree Service come out and remove three Queen Palms and several shrubs from behind our pool area. The crew arrived on time and efficiently removed the trees and shrubs and then ground up and removed the stumps. They took great care around our pool and went to great lengths to minimize the debris that fell into the pool. Afterward, they cleaned up everything and hauled away the debris. We are very happy with their service and professionalism. We would hire Empire Tree again without hesitation.

Empire Tree Service trimmed two large Chinese elms and two palm trees at my home in October 2024. They were an absolute pleasure to work with—responsive and professional. They were able to schedule the job quickly, gave me a fair and transparent estimate, and got everything done efficiently without cutting corners. Like everyone else, we had a great experience with this company. They were the highest rated yet lowest priced estimate to have 3 large trees removed from our property. We had had quotes near $11,500 but Empire came in at nearly half that. They completed the job in about 2 days. We were also surprised at how clean they were when they left. Thank you Erika. We had a very prompt response from Empire Tree Service. They came and removed 3 very tall 30 yr old pine trees from our side yards. The workers were happy and motivated! They had to rope and lower limb by limb, then hauled everything away. They cleaned up the whole yard afterward. Thank you ! We cannot be happier!!

I asked Empire Tree Service to come back to my house this year. After discussing the rising prices to trim the palm trees every year, I decided to have them all removed. I would recoup my money in three years. Watching the team fell the trees was the best entertainment! They are total professionals. Not even a moment I thought someone/something would be hurt. The clean up was immaculate. After other bids EMPIRE was the lowest. I would 💯 percent recommend them for all your trees. Thank you Erica and Team!! I'll see you next year for the Olive tree😊

Erica came to my house in person. She is the owner of the company and was out of town when my job was bid and completed. She refunded me the cost of the tree, dealt with her employee and apologized. She assured me she would have returned to fix the tree had She been in town. She is very personable and genuine. I'll change my star value from 1 to 3 but I'll leave my comments to remind people to always check the work before paying.

I selected Empire Tree Service based on their ratings. They perform the job. However, I paid them before I noticed my tallest palm tree was left with two palm fronds bent downward. I called to have the company come back and cut them. I was told they would be back. When they didn't show up I reached out again. It was important to me because I was having a family reunion that weekend. The second time I was told it wasn't worth their time to come back for one palm frond. I said it was two, on the tallest tree and I'm 65! Thank you to my neighbor who saw my daughter and I trying to cut these fronds and did it for us. Again, lesson learned. Don't pay until every tree is checked. Shame on Empire!

Prices are fair, and their service is good. The owner (Erika) is very personable and nice. Erika es reliable and trustworthy. Just make sure you make deals directly with her. They have trimmed my trees and successfully removed unwanted and uncontrollable bamboo from my yard and they did a good job in record time. They don't come up with surprises or extra charges while doing the job like other companies do. I am thankful for their services because it's not easy to find a honest and responsible worker to do the job in these days.

These guys knocked out a pretty big job in about 4 hours, very happy with the service they provided, the crew was friendly, reasonable pricing, and they did exactly what I wanted and they showed up on time.
