Where do I start they left a branch destroy my tree. Then tried to con me into just fixing it they way they wanted to. Penal code states “original state” zip ties and 1x2 ain’t fixing bent metal and bamboo destroyed. I didn’t have the best fence but it wasn’t destroyed. It literally cost like $160 for the supplies and they are fighting tooth and nail to not give it up. They act like it’s redwood!!! And then you call to talk to manager he runs you around for 2 days then ask for owner and no where to be found or they didn’t want to get him involved!!! This place sucks only way I’m changing my review is if things turn around

These guys did an excellent job. From the initial consultation with Alex Rosales to the office scheduling, and tree removers it was very easy. They were all very nice and let me know what would be done. They had good communication on timing to be sure we knew when to expect them. It took less than 2 hours. Also, their rates are comparable to anyone else doing the same services. Very happy with this company.

Super unprofessional labors. I moved my truck camper from an easement beside my driveway so they could have access to a tree to trim for SDGE. Then they proceeded to take up my entire drive way, and helped themselves to my fruit trees in a fenced in part of my yard no where near the easement. After confronting one of their guys about it he laughed, peeled and threw the rind in my yard. No apology, no asking to pick my trees just straight disrespect.. During clean up instead of picking up small debris they just blew it into a corner of my driveway even tho they obviously have a truck for trimming and I had green cans on the driveway; which they actually moved in front of a gate and didn’t put back. Yes these are small things but I won’t stand for entitled help and won’t be so generous in providing easy access to my private driveway for these guys again, let alone recommend them for anything.

Please dont waist you're time applying to this company husband and wife owned. I dont know much about the local employees but if you fill out an application with Mario to go out of town you will not get what he says and while he and his 2 top guys stay in the nice hotel room he will try to put as many people in a room he can and expect you to sleep on the floors you wont get the amount of per diem your supposed to ect.if your a driver he will tell you good things to get you up their then bam try to send you to another company to apply so he can be finished with you. They pay 25 dollars instead of 30 which isn't bad but no per diem no way up to where they are 5 hrs up north no hotel..you do the math .just not worth your time..4 of us came right back after a couple days of dealing with him.to bad I was looking forward to running the grapple truck up their.

I thought they worked exceedingly hard, very conscientious, very tidy. I found that they did a better job than I even thought they were going to. Absolutely no complaints and thought they were great. And I will use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the services provided by Innovative Tree Service. I had them remove two large pine trees from in front of my house. In addition to being particularly professional and amicable, both teams (the tree removal team and the stump grinding team) demonstrated a sincere concern about my property. They were careful not to damage surrounding plants and did an especially nice job about cleaning up debris from the tree removal and the stump grinding. (One example of the type of care they took was they placed a tarp under their truck while it was parked on my driveway to protect it from possible oil stains, removing and resetting it when they moved the truck and trailer!) Although not inexpensive, the cost of the removal was quite reasonable and well worth the quality of service. I highly recommend them.

I was impressed by professional services from this company. Last year and this year, the company trimmed and removed trees for me. For the first tree, I did compare online reviews before choosing them. After that, I did not bother to check other service providers -- I knew that I won't find someone better than them!

The entire team from this company is very easy to work with. The gentlemen for estimation are fairly precise, putting all details in writing. The office managers are very friendly, responding to phone calls regardless of the time on weekdays or in weekends. All projects have been documented consistently so that I did not have to worry about the commitment they made at any time. Their price is more than reasonable -- My neighbor used a friend for tree removal. When I mentioned the price, this company simply matched the quote with timely service delivery. I shall remember the kindness of this company for a long time and be ready to recommend them with no hesitation!

I was delighted with the job Innovative Tree Experts did on the 50ft.-tall tree at my Tehachapi home. They arrived on time, cut out the dozen clumps of mistletoe, and did some minor trimming to shape the tree nicely. Their crew was polite and professional, and they did a great cleanup and haul-away of the cuttings. All this at a price lower than a couple of estimates I got from other tree services.

My first time going with small owned business and it turned out great! Best decision I made. The guys that came to my house were very respectful and got the job done in a timely manner which is hard to find now in days so that was a plus in my books. Also very friendly when I called the lady so sweet and nice. I will definitely be calling them for more services in the near future.

We had a very large tree trimmed back considerably! “Innovative Tree Services” was on time, they did a great job and for a reasonable cost! They were fast, But very careful and efficient. The best part was they left my yard, neater than prior to their arrival!

Daniel the crew chief was good for his word and a very hard worker. Priscilla the in-office dispatch/manager was very pleasant and helpful! We will definitely be using this service again when the need arises! They were referred to us by our next door neighbors who also were happy with their work and cost!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I had two large trees in my backyard that needed trimming and 1 large stump that needed to be removed and I made an appointment for 8 AM-10AM for an estimate. Esmeralda showed up on time to provide us with an estimate and scheduled me in right on the spot. The crew arrived right on time. And did a wonderful job trimming my trees, hauling and cleanup. I didn't have to ask for anything because it was already done to perfection. I would certainly give them my business again and most definitely give them a call back for any future tree services I may need.

These guys are masters in their field. Pretty amazing watching how quick and efficient they are. They trimmed a huge (several hundred year old) oak tree that was hanging over my house. They were incredibly professional, kind and punctual. From the office staff that scheduled to the workers that came out. I really feel these guys went above and beyond. They were the most reasonable of 3 quotes and they had an insurance policy just in case of an accident. The other companies didn't. They had a small hiccup getting the last bit loaded for removal, but they refused payment until the job was done which is pretty amazing these days. They cleaned all the residual debris from the roof, lawn , sidewalks and driveway. I can't tell you how much of an extremely satisfied customer I am. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Very happy with this company. They came in and gave a quote that was fair and affordable. We were looking to open up our outdoor space and mitigate fire risk. The staff that showed up were very respectful and did a great job with trimming, tree removal and clean up. They had excellent communication with us throughout the entire process.
