Hageman road trees are a mess need I say more?

Horrible service for my grandma and still haven’t fixed the damage they caused while cutting down a tree.

They just prune the trees along Wible Rd. Look at the quality of pruning I wish I could upload pictures. This is terrible work for a company that claims they deliver proper horticultural practices.

They lions tail the trees and only removed some lower branches. They made terrible cuts and damaged the bark of trees.

City contracted them to trim trees on Renfro. They trimmed the trees and let several large branches fall into our pool and left several branches on top of our roof over the bar. Tried to talk to them just ignored me. So my husband gather all the branches and threw them over the fence so they will have to clean them up.

They are great. They trimmed 12 of my 35 trees in 30 mph winds. The clean-up was impressive

The crew removed a tree that we lost in the storm, and trimmed 2 near the pool, one of which would have blocked the solar panels this season. They took out the downed tree, ground down the stump, and cleared out all the mess. They arrived on time, were courteous and clean. We would definitely use them again!

They removed all the mistletoe and dead branches from 5 of my huge oak trees. They did everything they said they would do, on time and efficiently including removal of all the debris. They have the manpower and equipment for everything needed. Best experience ever.

General Tree was amazing..Came in with a whole Crew and cut down a huge tree in our front yard..within 4 hours tree was completely down stumps and all, they even watered everything down and cleaned everything up!!!...and...a new tree was planted!!..it looks beautiful!!!

General Tree Service is top notch! Full crew came on time and ready to work. Full job was completed timely and professionally. I've had "the other guys" come out before and butcher my Chinese Elm's. But, not GTS. These guys did an amazing job, they were fast, but also took the necessary time to sculpt the tree and make it healthy. Price was very fair for the service they provided. No mess after.
