My client needed to have their location pressure washed due to some transient activity that took place overnight leaving their store front in a mess. I researched google and started going down the list, the first person on the list answered the phone with “hey” then proceeded to tell me they don’t work with commercial building because they don’t pay. This was clearly after saying we are paying that day. The next four either forwarded or didn’t answer their phone nor had a professional voicemail set up. I called valley pressure pros, phone was answered with in the first two rings, a nice introduction of who they are, who answered the phone and a how can we help you attitude proved to me they are about their business. I explained my clients needs and if they could help be of services. Was told to give them a few minutes to see if I could be fit in along their already busy schedule. I received a call back within minutes confirming they could assist, for a call out response I was expecting to pay well over the amount quoted. If you need service, one that is responsive, professional and helpful I wouldn’t waste time calling anyone else. I already did that, let my mistake be your heads up.

Valley pressure pros is the best way to get your pressure washer fixed.or if it needs a tune up randy will take care of it and your machine will thank you for it. always a smile and a hand shake really just great people I will certainly be back still need to get more of my machines fixed lol pretty sure I can trust them with it

I came in here for a part for my tractor supply purchased simpson pressure washer. These guys resolved my problem in seconds and fixed the issue free of charge. Oversight on my end, but they were honest and helpful with my issue.

They immediately came outside didn’t even know they were fixing my pump half an hour later I was able to hit the road and get back to work. Highly recommended! Great prices !
